Property was as expected. Close to transportation and breakfast was delicious.

The staff was great, especially Paola. A very comfortable & welcoming hotel. The shower water pressure was great, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within a 15 minute walk from the train station, a 2 minute walk to the Limmat river, & lots of places to eat around.

Nicely located in Old Town, close to restaurants and the lake, and walkable to the train station. We had the only room with a balcony, thank you so much. Even though it rained initially we were able to enjoy it later on. The room was quite spacious. Aand walkabkw

Really really good location and friendly staff. Sorted out an issue with my room. Tiny room is actually perfect for single travellers but would have been fine for two as well. Decent size. Kept clean. Amazing to have coffee in reception and water outside room.

Great Location, very central ( very hard to get to if you are driving to and from) but walking distance to everything. The staff are very nice overall. The negative, is the rooms are quite small, certainly a bit misleading atleast from Expedia represenration picture, may not be anything to do with hotel itself. Bathroom and toilet weird layout in what must be standard room.

Great location in old town Zurich; very clean; courteous staff

This is a very quaint hotel. The rooms are different from each other because it is an odd -shaped building, but our room was very large and spacious with three tall windows, high ceilings, wooden floor, and very comfortable bed. The bathroom had such a heated floor and heated towel rack. The room had a single comfortable reading chair and, although there was also a desk chair, I wish there had been another reading chair for both of us to use when we wanted to just sit and visit in the evening. There was certainly plenty of room for another one. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and there was a comfortable area in the reception area where we they provided free coffee or tea. The location was ideal - in the middle of old town and just a short walk to the river and near many, many restaurants.

Modern upgrade to small Historical Register hotel. Clean and well appointed. In middle of "old town" district with lots of dinning and shopping options. Two minute walk to tram stop for access to much of Zurich. Under half hour walk to majority of tourist related locations. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Florestan.
