The check in went well and they were very friendly. We were in late but still managed to get room service and the self service beverage area in the lobby was a welcome addition. Very basic room and bed was not the most comfortable but it was a good place to stay for the night. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and there was a good selection. One issue was street noise as the windows did not block much of that. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it

Incredible experience! Safe area, breakfast was great with some typical Brazilian options like pão de queijo.

Twin beds are narrow. Mattresses are hard and lumpy.

I liked, but the hotel could be more clear about what appartament has dryhair, microwave, so on..

It’s ok but not special

Great value hotel. Very great location close to grocery stores and restaurants. And only a 10 minute walk to paulista. For the price it is very clean with a simple breakfast and food service.

Hotels.com is such a fraudulent company, I simply cannot recommend using them. The hotel was fine, although the final price was higher than the advertised price on hotels.com and despite a three nights stay in two rooms hotels.com still doesn't believe I stayed there despite their direct involvement in the price discrepancy. These are fundamentally unethical, incompetent people and you would be much better booking on Orbitz or booking.con or directly with hotel. They provide zero value and I travel 200 nights per year

Good hotel in excellent location

Hotel has a great location close to Paulista Ave and Ibirapuera Park, but it facilities and condition are a bit poor for its price.

Location is great! you want this hotel if you are out all day long. Beds can be more comfortable

Close to Augusta and Paulista, quite and nice hotel, with nice views to the city (depending on the floor where your room is located). Very kind staff.

Não ficamos satisfeitos, não pode ser considerado um 4 estrelas de jeito nenhum! Café da manhã muito desorganizado, mesas sujas (demoram muito a limpar após a saída de hóspedes, para que outros possam usar), cadeiras sujas, falta de reposição de talheres. É nítido que precisam de mais colaboradores para o café da manhã. O hotel possui apenas 2 elevadores (1 social e 1 de serviço), sendo que apenas 1 estava funcionando durante nossa estadia, com demora absurda. Quarto bom, cama razoavelmente confortável, banheiro com bom tamanho, mas, toalhas muito finas. Único ponto de destaque positivo é a localização. Eu me hospedei no Intercity Ibirapuera 1 mês antes e o nível é absurdamente superior, o que me induziu a erro, a acreditar que o Intercity Jardins manteria o padrão.

Boa localização e limpeza Deixa a desejar em manutenções, coisa simples como chuveiro que alem de jogar água para todo lado faz um barulho absurdo. Box vazando, porta de banheiro empenada. Café da manha regular.

Quarto bom , mas o café da manha péssimo!! Tudo frio , paes todos duros e amanhecidos os bolos sem gosto , tem hoteis com diarias pela metade do preço que tem um café muito melhor que esse , Funcionarios do restaurante com cara fechada pessimo atendimento deixando a hospedagem que é boa em uma experiencia bem chata
