Very freindly aproachable staff especially on reception. Only booked breakfast but it was good plenty of choice .beds very comfortable nice clean towels every day if wanted .

Lovely hotel close to everything and easy access to transport

A clean and well maintained hotel with everything we needed for a week in Mallorca. The rooms are a good space fitted out nicely with a small kitchenette which we used to cook a couple of meals. The beds are comfortable and the airconditioning was excellent even when the outside temperature was in the 30s. Our room had a balcony with a sea view which was a nice bonus. The pool is nice and wasn't too busy when we were staying. The hotel is just off the main street through Paguera, meaning there are plenty of shops around within walking distance. There are a few larger supermarkets in the town so plenty of choices if you are willing to walk a bit or have a car. Paid parking is available at the hotel however it's limited so make sure you speak to reception if you want to book a space which are charged per overnight use. We booked including breakfast which included a decent number of hot and cold options including catering for a gluten free diet with gluten free cornflakes available and also GF bread available on request. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of useful information on check-in about the local area including public transport and car hire options. We would happily recommend Aparthotel Novo Mar.

Missed op our booking booked online they gave us a small room with 2 single beds for 6 people and refund for the problem they caused

Fantastic location right by all the shops, dining options and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spacious apartment with beautiful views. Good service

Very clean and in great condition.

Room and everything was really good. The wifi was very bad. Almost unusable. Other than that, would probably stay here again.

Reception and bar staff were very helpful and friendly. Very tastefully decorate public areas and bedrooms, living rooms though in prime colours, maybe appealing to younger customer. Kitchenette handy, but missing basic bottle open, corkscrew and dishwashing liquid. Soap/shampoo only supplied on first day. Wonderful large balconies, walls are soundproof, guest are mix of families and adults, but no party goers, so quiet at nighttime. Very close walk to beaches, only meters from the mainstreet, 10 min to tennis. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by. At the beach a sun lounger costs Euro 4.5 and so is the parasol. Pool not too busy as most guest at the beach. Easy to rent a car and explore the mountains and north of Mallorca. Pool area would be nice, less sterile, with some large trees.

Gutes Appartement-Hotel - Perfekt gelegen zwischen den beiden tollen Buchten. Frühstücksbuffet vollkommen gzt, Abendessen hat uns nicht zugesagt. Allerdings war die Auswahl beim Salat und Dessert klasse. Tolles, feeundliches, aufmerksames Personal!!! Danke

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel mi-août. L'accueil est excellent. Lhotel est refait à neuf. La chambre sentait bon le propre. Le lit et canapé lit étaient tres confortables. Petit dejeuner avec du choix. Proximité de la plage et des restaurants très aprreciables!

Sehr gutes Hotel mit guter Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht, die Auswahl ist sehr gut, toller Ausblick, freundliche Zimmer, klare Empfehlung, ich würde das Novo Mar wieder wählen.

Die Leute vom Hotel waren sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt- vom Mietwagen bestellen bis hin zur Übersetzungshilfe bei Medikamenten

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Leider sehr ringhöhrige Zimmer, man hört immer die Türen zuknallen und Gespräche von Personen auf dem Flur. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Poolwasser scheint schlecht zu sein...schmeckt sauer.

Vi er en familie med 2 voksne børn, som lige har haft 5 overnatninger på Aparthotel Novo Mar. Lejligheden var fantastisk med en stor altan og den bedste udsigt over havet. Skøn morgenmad og gode faciliteter i øvrigt på hotellet med mulighed for at benytte den skønne pool. Hotellet ligger helt perfekt i gåafstand til strand, restauranter m.v. En klar anbefaling fra os til andre om at booke ophold på dette hotel.

Schönes, nicht zu großes Hotel in guter Lage zum Strand. Recht ruhig gelegen, mit mega Ausblick auf die Bucht (4. Etage). Schöner Hotelpool, gutes, abwechslungsreiches Essen, sehr nettes Hotelpersonal...einfach durchweg positiv. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
