Excellent upmarket hotel with very pleasant staff and high standards throughout. Rooftop bar with small pool is a nice spot to relax after a day’s sightseeing.

Everyone at the front desk has been very helpful & ready to assist. Camille & Ana have picked great restaurants , made reservations & put gps in our phones. Real sweet girls & very friendly.

Great location, clean hotel. Someone else commented on being able to hear people in the halls - walls are definitely very thin so we were worken up early but the overall experience was good!

My partner and I chose this hotel for our 4 night break to Barcelona. From the moment we checked in to when checked out everything was great we had an amazing time. The hotel organised a private transfer from the airport to the hotel (at extra cost) this was lovely the car was very clean and cool which is just what we needed. When we checked in the process was easy and went smooth. The room was very nice it could have been a bit cleaner there was lots of dust on the mirrors and the shower could have been cleaner but it wasnt bad at all. The free minibar was a nice touch and was restocked daily. In the hotel the rooftop terrace was great. Drinks were nice and the little pot of nuts they gave you were yummy. Staff were great here too. Breakfast was great too plenty of choice and always stocked up Overall this hotel was fantastic the location was great too central to lots of things which meant we could walk to most places. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location and everything in good walking distance. The hotel itself was lovely. Great food and lovely rooftop pool. Only slight issue was there was no toilet brush in the loo! Other than this we had a great 2 night stay

Great area to stay for your visit. Central where everything was 10-20 min walk to all the major attractions but calm compared to those areas. Good cafes near by and the rooftop was pretty cool to hangout. Needs thicker pillows

Rooftop bar is lovely and great staff, rest of hotel is a little dated but luckily they upgraded our room, could improve the pillows they were a bit flat. Great location and felt very safe.

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Nice bedding. Had my room ready when I arrived which was a great treat after a fligbt. Great shower pressure and terrific a/c (especially for europe). Only downside is alot of the rooms seem like they are courtyard view so not alot of sunlight in the room. But this didnt bother me and probably made the rooms quieter.

Our stay was good. It was in a great location and within walking distance to public transport. It was also in a quieter area of the city which was nice. The only thing was we didn’t sleep too well. There was a strange noise in our room which was constant especially in the morning. It sounded like someone above us showering or water falling but it was so loud, it would wake us up in the morning - around 6am. We were also unable to open our window as it looked as though the handle was broken. When trying to change the temperature of the AC it would also revert back to a default setting of 22 degrees. While these things were annoying, we did have a good stay and the extras in our room such as mini bar, robe, slippers and tooth brushes were a surprise.
