Excellent reception by host and parking immediately explained and sorted. spacious room with sink and small ensuite excellent shower . Table prepared for breakfast. All one could want with starter full english plus toast and jam and yoghurt. Great location for me staying for the cricket festival which was short walk . Highly recommend as value for money

I stayed 3 nights at Rose Dene, I enjoyed in there and food. Location is good. 10-15 minutes walk to town centre or beach.

Gillian was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, good places to visit, good places to eat, etc. She provided delicious and filling breakfast.

We only stayed one night for a concert at Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Ideally located for the venue and Scarborough sea front. Gillian and Michael were very welcoming, we would definitely consider staying here again.
