This should be a quiet location, not on the main street, but unfortunately that's too noisy to sleep because every mid night homeless people are digging garbage bins, talking loudly, cars passing by with music, slamming the doors,etc.

We loved this place. Enjoyed having a washing machine and drier and also a kitchette that allowed us to cook some meals at home after a big day out sightseeing

Good value for money apartment. In close proximity to dining options, groceries and public transport.

What to do upon arrival unclear as the front door was closed and locked. Help and advice with parking could be better.

It was renovated, and looked modern. But the bed and pillow were too soft for my taste. However I was so tired after walking around every day, I slept easily. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the washing machine in the room. We were walking distance to 2 Tube stops and easy bus route to Paddington train station.

Super quiet while I was there and bed so comfortable it was tough getting out of it. Easy access to like six underground/subway lines and all trains to Heathrow and out of the city.

Nice neighborhood with convenient transportation options. I can see that the host has tried to make this place comfortable by installing wifi and providing kitchen equipment and washer and dryer. But there are fundamental issues with the structure. Water does not drain well in shower room. The toilet door makes an excruciatingly loud noise every time. The room is very small. 24-hour concierge is one person manning the desk during normal hours. I do not think that the photos match the reality.

Great location, close to the Underground and central to everything. Friendly staff, quiet, comfortable.

Great stay. Other than a couple of thin pillows it was a great stay. Exceptionally clean, quiet and the room was loaded with things I didn’t even need with a kitchenette, washer/ drier and ironing. I will definitely stay there again when I visit my daughter in Notting Hill and see the sites in London. Thanks!

Great location and had all that we needed for our stay.

Room was not what we thought it would be. But it still met most of our needs/wants Under the bed was filthy, one of the lights was broken along with the toilet seat. Staff was lovely, super nice to us.

Great location. Tiny room but it had all the amenities and room was ready even when we arrived early. The main problem was the washer- dryer in room didn’t work. The manager helped us use the common one on 3 rd floor but if they knew the one in our room didn’t work they should have let us know at check in.

A nice hotel. The room itself is small but has a lot of amenities. There is a kitchen with utensils, microwave & dishwasher available in the room. There is also a washing machine unit inside the room. The hotel itself is a close walking distance to several train stations. There are also a lot of restaurant available nearby.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and helped when I needed it.

The location and services were really good however, in the small room, there’s a light above the door that constantly flashes and we did not know how to turn it off so we would have a hard time sleeping because it would flash brightly in the middle of the night. Also there is barely a bathroom fan so there was minimal airflow in the bathroom.

Great location, big room for London, well priced. Friendly staff and the roof terrace was a nice place to sit and relax.
