The location & facilities are awesome. It was my first time to stay at 4 season country & I din't even know how to control the floor heater while I place my luggage at the hottest place (floor) causing my chocolate & sweets melt. However, the good things is my hand wash clothes dry on the next day. Overall it was a good stay & I will come back to stay here as well as recommend it to others. Thanks

Good service, easy to be reach, clean and comfortable.

This hotel is not 24 hours, I stay 7 days and when I came to hotel at 1 am, the condition of hotel was locked and there was not even a receptionist, so I had to find another hotel to stay. There is no liability or compensation from hotel. It was very disappointing. So bad hotel I ever stay.

The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the city center. Royal Palace, square, meungdong area, insadong, hanok bukchon village are within walking distance. Around the hotel area there are many shops. 7/11 at the beginning of the hotel. You can take the subway from the airport to seoul station, then transfer line 1, stop at jongak station, walk about 10p is to. The hotel is located in a small alley but is easy to find because it is located behind the Pagoda building on the street facing the Namsan Tower. Clean rooms, spacious restrooms, small kitchen area but full microwave, fridge, bowl and chopsticks plus washing machine. The price is quite reasonable for a twin / double room with separate toilet located in the central area.
