The hotel was pet friendly and very inclusive at every stage of both booking and stay. Thank you for looking after me and my service dog!

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Friendly helpful staff. Areas need redecorating and its an 80 euro return taxi to Florence. Godd value stay though on a road trip through Italy

Its a lovely hotel. Only hotel that gave me complimentary water. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Staff attended to me promptly. Rooms are neat and big and the ambience is very welcoming. Only issue is the distance. Its located along the highway on the outskirts of town. I cant say its worth the distance (1hr 30mins from town) but its a lovely hotel

Property pictures and reality differs. Rooms are old and their upkeep has been not up to the mark.

It’s a budget hotel with a nice lobby and good restaurant. The rooms are spartan and the beds are small, hard and low to the ground. The shower is good.

I was not expecting the hotel to be between petrol station and highway. Expensive rides by taxi to town.

Old. Bit dirty. Rooms are big and somewhat comfortable. The location is next to a gas station and a truckers stop.

The dining staff were horrible. Took 20 minutes to order and 20 minutes to get bill. ZERO personality.

Not close to any amenities. Pricey taxi costs to Florence. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good.

The Hotel is a Budget hotel in a good location, Clean and the restaurant is great for Breakfast and Dinner. Free parking on site as well!

listing shows that the hotel has AC, but it wasn’t actually working. When asked, the staff said it’s not working for the whole hotel and asked me to open a window. I followed their advice and opened a window, only to be bitten by mosquitoes. Also, I’m pretty sure someone smoked in the bathroom as I can smell it the moment I open the door

The room was great, clean and tidy. The ladies at reception were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The food was very nice for the price. However the service in the restaurant was poor. There was a lot of staff not doing anything and only 1 lady appeared to be doing everything. We could see one of the waiters was making guests feel uncomfortable by standing over them having only just been given the menu. When I asked for a desert menu I was sent to get the bill-granted this may have been lost in translation. We felt rushed: my partner had finished eating but I had not when staff came to take her plate, I saw this was common on all the tables with customers having a similar reaction to us. The process of paying seemed messy and unorganised and extremely customer reliant rather than relaxed as you would expect at a 4 star hotel. None of the staff were wearing coherent uniform which again-took away from the whole dining experience with one waiter wearing what appeared to be joggers. It seemed disorganised, rushed and overall not a pleasant experience. Like I say though, for the price, the food was good.
