The resort itself is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained, but unfortunately, my stay was disappointing overall. The food options were quite limited, especially for a resort of this caliber, and my room was just average — nothing special. The biggest issue was the temperature in my room. It was uncomfortably hot throughout my entire stay. I reached out multiple times asking for someone to come service the AC. Two staff members came on separate occasions, but both simply pressed a button we had already told them we’d tried. The problem was never resolved, and no one followed up afterward. It’s unfortunate because the property itself has potential, but the lack of responsiveness and attention to guest comfort really affected the experience.

I liked the late check out, however did not get to use the $15 food voucher, I thought we could just go to the restaurant and use it so I planned for the last day however they said we had to add it to the room, we did not know this, it was too late.

The hotel is amazing. Rooms are super clean. Staff is rude which is sad since the hotel is really nice.

We reserved a room w/pool view and room 104 is behind a wall and no chairs!! We asked to move and they did oblige and moved us to #106. This room had chairs outside the door and a better view. The rooms interior Floor was not very clean. The pool had leaves and needed to be cleaned around the edges. Unfortunately we were there during new sod being laid. We reserved for 2 nights. Our 1st day before leaving for the day I asked the front desk, if they would be cleaning the room and fresh towels provided? She assured me yes. We returned at 2pm and not cleaned yet? I asked again and assured it would be. We went to the pool and returned to the room at 3:30 the staff was finally coming in the room. Toasted coconut was not open for 2-4pm happy hour just breakfast. The lobby bar was not open at all! Overall, the shuttle transportation was the best perk! (Be sure to reserve your departure time they pick up at affiliate hotels) No restaurants on site, except a food truck. Didn't know and also were not told the restaurants are at their affiliate locations??!!! We don't remember reading that in the description when booking??

Beautiful property and what I would call a hidden gem!. We will definitely be returning. Very friendly staff, clean and smelled good One of the elevators was not working when we got there, however, and it was raining and the outside hallway right by our door had over an inch of standing water. Our suite definitely could’ve used better lighting, but overall very good stay.

Very nice hotel

I love the flamingo reusable water bottles. Perfect for our stay. The pool was refreshing. Had breakfast at the choconut hut. Plenty to do with the adjoining property.

Clean room staff is tentative and helpful. Noise was good only heard the chickens and roosters once. Check in/out was quick and easy.
