Awful experience. No hot water, aircon malfunktion, terrible extra bed, bad and expensive breakfast (they charged for milk to the coffee!!!) We where in a rush to airport and the pancake took 35 min to do and they where not good and just tiny tiny bits of fruit. So dissapointed. This was last night in Sri Lanka and all the other hotells was amazing and just perfect.

Lovely hotel close to the beach. The Salt restaurant in the hotel is really excellent for both breakfast and evening meals. Wonderfully helpful staff in both the restaurant and hotel. Lovely stop off before flying home.

Clean, quiet, great food and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended.

Love the bartender and drinks!! Good curry. Spa was amazing!! Why we stayed there and did not disappoint!! Room was immaculate and cool. Noisy with dog, just kinda a junky neighborhood.. but honestly did not look around Negumbo much. Beach kinda ugly

Booked pickup at airport was not adhered to. Aircon in room kept cutting out every 20 mins. Min temp was 28 celsius and so we did not get much sleep.

Second time in this property, friendly and helpful staff, a ripper shuttle included in price, I’ll be back every time in Sri Lanka

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay not only in their hotel but in Sri Lanka. Very clean hotel with everything and more we could’ve needed. The food was also amazing.

Enjoyed our time at Terrence Green Hotel Spa. We stayed the one night however, was able to enjoy a slower morning with breakfast and coffee at Salt Restaurant on main floor and even squeezed in a 30 minute foot massage in rooftop Spa Secret. Excellent service from the staff. Only feedback would be the hair dryer not working and air conditioner turned off every 5 minutes which led to a very humid and warm room.

Lovely, small Hotel with beautiful stuff a few hundred metres from beachfront. very clean and friendly. Great value for money.

Great for a stay near the airport. The airport transfer was super convenient and complimentary.

Food and staff were excellent. Room with Spa was a fun option. Dogs barking opposite was an unfortunate scenario. Suggest getting room at back of hotel. They bark pretty much all day and very early in morning. So if you are trying to recover from a long flight and jet lag not the best
