Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean although bathroom in need of updating. The room we stayed in was very noisy from traffic from adjacent main road.

We were in Lincoln for a family function. The room was clean and well-appointed. We did not eat in the hotel. There was a large car park right outside. Staff were efficient and friendly. Would stay again if we were in the area.

The rooms were spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel location is quite but a bit difficult to locate

After booking and paying for our room we were notified of the spa and pool being closed… poor show on your behalf as it should have been mentioned beforehand. Breakfast was chaos as lots of missing items on the self service and huge queues due to this and extremely long waits. Staff seemed to struggle to top food and drinks up along with cleaning tables so lots of guests couldn’t be seated.

Good place to stay. A little out of town but easy access. The hotel was a little tired but certainly comfortable enough but the staff were excellent

The room was clean and had everything we needed, breakfast was scrumptious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again myself.

Just a night over after a day at a local day spa. Staff were incredibly friendly. Hotel is just a bit dated. Nothing wrong with the stay but also wasn’t wow’d by the hotel or facilities it’s simply ok. Breakfast was all fresh and hot.

Visiting family in the area so a very handy place to stay. Our one negative would be the taps in the bathroom. The shower tap was far too stiff and we really struggled to turn the shower off. The hot tap in the wash basin was also very stiff, but not as bad as the shower.

We had a room right at the end of a corridor so it was very quiet considering there was a wedding there. The room was spacious and clean and the air con was great for such a hot weekend. The bed was comfy, the only thing we were missing was an iron and ironing board which would of come in handy. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at The Bentley. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming ,rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and a variety of choice. Very conveniently placed for Cathedral and Castle. Only one minor complaint the shower was cold running water but the bath was nice. Maybe someone to take a look at this.

Staff was excellent. Food choice were very good, catering to all tastes.

Good location to break a journey on outskirts of Lincoln. Big well maintained car park! All statff we came across were friendly and helpful. Room a good size and well fitted out - overall excellent for our purposes.

Not as advertised - no spa/ pool - only advised after booking non refundable stay Disturbed by housekeepers even though do not disturb sign placed on door

A comfortable and convenient place to stay. Friendly and efficient staff. The air con in the room was very good in the hot weather! Shame the pool/spa were out of use. Everything else was fine- thanks for a great stay.

Affordable, good value with breakfast included. Comfortable mattress but duvet too heavy for summer. I needed a sandwich when checking in at 11pm and night porter was efficient and pleasant in taking my order. Sandwich v nice & fresh

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of local dining options nearby. Bus stop outside which is regular and takes you straight in to town and only 5 min walk away from the hotel. Plenty of parking and On site restaurant is available but no menu in the room which makes it difficult to consider room service.

Mould in bathroom , shower drain full of black water/ mould

Extremely dated. Felt like I was in the shining hotel with dark long corridors to our room. Bit musty smell. Desperate need of an update. Made sure the door was locked incase Jack Nicholson came bearing an axe. Very creepy
