The room I got didn't match the description or photos. I was placed in a family room, and they didn't provide any bottled water at all, even though I saw other rooms had it, which was odd. I asked about this, but they said it wasn't provided, and you could use tap water for tea and coffee. There were a lot of small stone fragments on the bed, seemingly from the ceiling. The TV didn't work at all, and it wasn't even connected to the internet, even though the other rooms had Netflix, according to the photos. The reception staff weren't very friendly, but they weren't rude either. When I came to talk, they were often just focused on their phones, occasionally glancing at me. The only thing the family room could boast about was access to the shared terrace at the back, which gave them another option for balloon viewing. There were also a lot of beds (6), although I didn't need that many. That's all.

we stayed 3 nyte at this cave hotel. it was really good experiance except for the breakfast not much varitey and same food everday.. but overall the best hotel to stay and cheap price compared to other cave hotel
