Wonderful little touches like dog bowls and treats, or a robe and slippers for our daughter really made this an amazing stay. With beautiful nature surrounding the property and renovations underway, this is a great stay

Situated by a picturesque lake with waters so calm they seemed like a mirror reflecting the heavens above, it was a sight to behold. Our accommodation was a cozy haven, elegantly designed with modern comforts while seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings. The view from our window was breath-taking – the sunrises and sunsets over the placid lake painted the sky with hues of gold and pink, a sight that felt almost surreal. Hotel is in relatively good shape and our room was spacious. Location near playground, lake trail, and public pool complex is great. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Check-in process was not great (staff checked us into 1 room then had to do process all over again when we pointed out we had booked 2 rooms) nor was check-out (I paid minibar and room, my wife came down a few minutes later to drop off key and was asked to pay minibar again). EUR9 for parking in the empty lot after already paying a lot for the rooms was disappointing - luckily there's another parking lot just a few meters away. Nice breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed a fabulous, tasty and innovative Silvester menu, at this hotel, the eve of New Year 2019. The food was excellent! The staff attentive and friendly.

The room is really big and but the breakfast buffet need to be improvised. Sometime guess need to wait for plates & cups.

Nice hotel, for a business trip the hotel is fine, all amenities are in place. The building is a little aged, but that also has its charme. I was surprised to see that I needed to pay parking, and that just one block further there was free parking (without hotel sign). Overall good breakfast, so for the price I booked it was a winner !

It’s a complicated lay out and I got lost and upset. No proper explanations or English translation about spa things to do and prices.asked for disabled consideration for WC. Didn’t get it. Waitresses very nice.

The WIFI was horrible even with a router right out side my room I could not get any signal

A few issues with a young server in the Restaurant making a few mistakes but the service was “with a smile” and very good otherwise.

Great room, service and breakfast. Hotel has a beautiful lake behind but with a bike/waking path. There's also walking paths next to the river.

De kamers waren kompleet verouderd, muf, spinnewebben aan het plafond, gammele douche, geen airco ... Maar : men is wel volop bezig met de kamers te renoveren, dus ik geloof dat dit in de nabije toekomst wel in orde komt. Ook het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt was dik in orde, evenals het restaurant 's avonds. Mooie ligging aan het meer, fietsknooppunten. Je rijdt bv met de fiets langs het kanaal naar Mûnster. Er is een fietsenstalling vlak aan de receptie.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Natur von Münster gelegen. Ideal für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren. In die Innenstadt fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten. Das Frühstück war fantastisch! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick) war geräumig mit einem wunderschönen Balkon! Dabei hatten wir einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den See. Einzig das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden! Insgesamt war es aber ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Münster!
