The property was advertised with washing facilities, but when we arrived

Right across street from Bus Station, so imo super convenient. 10-15 walk to Plaza Mayor. Hanna (cleaning staff I got to know over the two week stay) was super friendly and went above to ensure I was enjoying the room. I was able to store my bags after.check out until bus time. Highly recommend this. I didn't eat at the restaurant bc I cooked my own food, but it looked fantastic.

Friendly staff, good safe car park and nice bar attached! Old town walkable and stunning!

Good property for the price. Easily walkable to the centre. The parking was right outside the hotel. The little kitchen was very handy for making breakfast.

I liked the location; I didn’t like that it needs some updating in the bathroom specifically.

Good location, and good price. Only issue was the walls are thin. You will hear loud talking in the rooms next to you, and loud noise in the hallways from other guests.

For a 3* hotel it will surprise you by the positive. Everything was spot clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The restaurant served a really nice meal for a really good price. you will not be disappointed.

The property and rooms smell tobacco smoke although we stayed in non smoking room.

Provided a quiet stay, welcoming and efficient

The room was a bit noisy due to the people next door who were unable to talk but had to shout. The receptionist was very good and spoke good english. The cutlery etc in the room was a bit of a miss match and there should have been 4 knives, spoons, etc but often there were 3! For an overnight stay it was fine and we will probably be back there in March.

Situated a short walk from the historic centre, this property offers studio style rooms complete with kitchenette. We found it good to prepare breakfasts and some meals there. The equipment provided was adequate. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings of this property are very thin and every noise from above and sideways can be heard. Including from the corridor. Additionally the window in our room was broken. Despite the staff's efforts they couldn't fix it nor offer a change of room, so we had two nights listening to all the noise from the street and on the Monday morning from the school next door. We noted that the school classrooms, only 15 or so meters away can see directly into the room.

This was a good hotel in a good location for us. We used the kitchen (well the microwave and kettle anyway) and could walk to the town centre quite easily. There is a supermarket nearby. Parking was good in the garage. I'd stay there again

Amazing value room, nice quality and spacious. The hotel has all the essential facilities, but has a bizarre approach to car parking and check in. If this was less hassle it would be a 5 review, as the value for money is fantastic. 5-10 minutes walk and you are in the old town with great food

Check in was very easy and courteous. Room was very clean and up to date. Even though the room was facing the street, it was very quiet because of the thick window

Hotel was dated and needed modernising. The room was big but would have preferred a double bed. The TV was on a wall at an angle that was not good if you wanted to watch it from the bed. There is no one on reception from 11pm - 10am. It was good value for money though.

Really loved this hotel. Truly excellent in every way. Everything was perfect until we went out in the evening and came back late at night to find our breakfast had been left in the room! Toast Croissant Ham and Cheese on a worktop, not nice on a hot night. A change in Spanish Rules that evening had sent staff into panic mode as they wrongly thought they couldn't open for breakfast next day. Surely it would have been better to leave a note in the room explaining that breakfast would be delivered in the morning? Didn't like the fact that staff could enter our room at any time! Reception staff very apologetic. Hey ho, shame, but I would still recommend as it is a great hotel, comfortable, loads of amenities in the room (coffee maker, fridge, cutlery, crockery), great price, good parking, and right opposite the bus station so easy to get into the centre.
