The room is big and clean and very much spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly, I would stay again if I come back.

Everything was great. Spacious living area. Kitchen had all the things I needed for my trip (kettle, toaster, tea/coffee maker). I only used the kettle. Bathroom had a hairdryer. Room was very clean. There is a fridge/freezer too.

Well located and clean, but Marrakech is so dirty and beat-up!

Property doesn’t have basics such as Iron, microwave and toaster , staying in an apartment means that you have all the facilities/appliance that you can have to fulfill your everyday needs. Property is clean, location is excellent and spacious.

My second stay at this hotel and was again a lovely experience. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are well equipped, everything is nice and clean, and there are plenty of places nearby for food etc, and its a 30 minute walk into the centre of Marrakech.

Great, fast, friendly communication from them and perfect for what I needed the night before collecting a motorbike from nearby.

Appat Hotel is very clean, the rooms is confortable, and it is easy to get downtown center.

The property was very clean. Even though there was a foul smell on day one, the apartment was cleaned and the smell issue was addressed quickly. Our friends visited the apartment to spend an evening together. They were asked to submit their passports for record keeping. When questions were asked about data protection, the front desk person was unable to answer and felt irritated. Our guests felt uncomfortable during this conversation. Having said that, Abdul Malik at the front desk was brilliant and always helpful. Overall a good place for family stay.

Nice flat, good size, clean, very friendly staff. Would have been even better if washing machine is added to the flat

A nice roomy apartment with good facilties. Breakfast can be bought at it's own cafe. Our first room with a balcony was OK but overlooked a busy and noisy road. We had to swap halfway through our stay when a terrible smell of drains filled the room. No problem swapping immediately and the new apartment was at the back. No balcony, but much quieter.

Everything is outdated in this place nothing here is luxury like the name says, door keycards don’t work tv outdated wifi is the worst I have ever seen, the pots and pans wow , no iron also bring ur own. Its a good location but i guess owners don’t care about maintaining the property

I was so discussing about this property because it's was really dirty and very old this place is nothing like in the pictures they didn't have a microwave to warm up the food , no water no soap everything was terrible!!!! I want a refund

Nice receptionists Clean place AC in bedroom and living room. Toilet is clean. Area around place is good and there are local supermarkets. Also cafes and restaurants nearby. Local tax can be paid in dirhams too.

Positive points: - Well localised - Clean - Friendly staff - well equipped - Toiletries and nice towels Negative side : - Building and lift a bit outdated - Noisy Air conditioning - No easy access for wheelchair, pushchair or heavy suitcases

Very nice hotel, close to attractions. Very good for the family, as you get living area and kitchen area. Kids enjoyed the WiFi and living space. Staff at the hotel are very helpful, breakfast was enjoyable

The hotel apartment is in a good location although not many restaurants or shops close. I got sick last day and requested help from a friend as i couldn't walk alone. The hotel refused a friend to enter so had to check out 1 day earlier. They were not benevolent at all with my situation.
