Não gostei do serviço, os quartos antigos! Estava tento muitos eventos no hotel, o que deixou a área de lazer sem privacidade! Serviço do hotel, quando eu cheguei, tive que carregar 5 malas sozinho, pois ninguém me ajudou lá a nada! Pedi uma comida na área da piscina o que demorou cerca de 2 horas pra chegar um simples hambúrguer. Café da manhã bem fraco. Não tive uma experiência muito bom! Fiquei hospedado nele há 5 anos atrás e o serviço era bem melhor. 3 anos atras fiquei no Crocobeach e minha experiência foi bem melhor.

Friendly staff but even front desk does not speak anything else than Portuguese. Nice pool and good breakfast. We had a standard room with noisy with view on industrial equipment. Windows are not sound proof. We had severe issues with the room safe. Bathroom was dirty and it took the whole stay to get it fixed. Good parking on site. In conclusion: Overpriced for that area. Would probably not stay again.

Staff are very good. Food just Ok. Cleanness Ok. Maintenance could be better.

Hotel muy bonito frente a la playa. No tiene servicio de playa pero hay muchos clubes y barracas frente donde uno puede guarecerse del sol con servicio de comida, piscina, duchas y baños. La playa es linda y tranquila (preferible antes que las del centro) pero fuimos a principios de año y el agua se llenó de microalgas produciendo que se torne de un color marrón horrible. Esos días optamos por tomar un Uber e ir a otras playas más al sur. El hotel posee un buen Restaurant, los precios acordes. Servicio de bar en la piscina, salón de juegos, desayuno. El personal: algunas personas sumamente atentas, otras no tanto. El idioma nos limitó un poco y no nos explicaron a la entrada todos los servicios del hotel. Por la noche se apagan las luces de la zona de la pileta (queda cerrada), salón de juegos y salón de sillones con lo cual es inevitable volver a la habitación. Había un grupo de personas sentado en los sillones cerca del bar en la oscuridad. No me pareció bien que no les dejaran las luces para que pudieran quedarse un rato más allí. La limpieza excelente, nos cambiaban loas toallas todos los días y las sábanas cada tres. El servicio se extendía hasta las 16:00 horas. El desayuno variado, faltando unos minutos para las 10:00 pasaba la señorita de recepción diciendo que en 10 minutos se cerraba. Optamos por ir en Uber a Beiramar algunas noches. Hay persona de Seguridad durante el día, no sé si en las noches. Enfrente hay un kiosco y una hamburguesería

I liked the accommodations but not the surrounding neighborhoods

The linnens were clean, the tv screen was dirty, the shower/bathroom was dirty, moldy, I dont think the bathroom fan works so it was definately smelly and moldy looking, I can see the staff did everything to keep the room clean this was just out of the cleaning seevice control, the staff was awesome very happy to tip above and beyond for their service. I had just arrived at the end of a cold I was battling so the moldy bathroom gave me a bit of the concern. But will definately return. People were so nice.

The hotel itself is great, very clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is the best, super yum! The pool is warm and big enough for the kids to play and enjoy. The room is spacious and the bathroom is the biggest I’ve ever seen in any hotel I’ve stayed in. I didn't give it a five stars because I was not crazy about the location, a bit far from restaurants and shoppings. Definitely, have to take a cab or Uber to move around town. Other than that, the beach is across street, white clean sand and the ocean water is always warm in Ceará. I’d recommend this hotel.

It was a pretty rundown area without many options. And I certainly would not take a walk at night. The hotel itself was very nice, and Erika at the front desk was extremely helpful

Contras: Aislado de la ciudad, ubicado en un lugar inseguro y con pocas opciones para salir a comer durante la noche. Mi habitación no estaba muy limpia, el piso estaba sucio, las sábanas con manchas, al igual que el baño. Las ventanas no tienen aislante de sonido y una de las noches hubo una tormenta lo que causó que el sonido del viento entrará muy fuerte en la habitación. El personal de la recepción podría ser más amable, a excepción de Euclides, que fue muy atento. Pros: El desayuno es muy bueno y completo, salvó mi estadía. El hotel tiene una estructura moderna, suficientes elevadores y bonita vista al mar. La relación de precio calidad me pareció bien por causa del desayuno incluido, sin embargo no volvería a hospedarme ahí.

it's nice waking up to wafes sounds. staff was really friendly and helpful. rooms were really clean and comfortable. nice pool and breakfast also. was really quiet at night during the week so a great place if you want to rest

Had a great time. Hotel was clean, safe, professional. I’d definitely come back.
