Service kurang, kamar di clean up setiap 3 hari tetapi tidak bersih.

We were very impressed by the size, quality and cleanliness of our 2-bedroom apartment. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had all that we needed for a comfortable stay.

less cooperative and unhelpful even though it only takes 1 person to lift my father from bed to wheelchair and from wheelchair to bed after returning from the hospital. Arriving at the apartment from the taxi, they were not helped to carry the bags. it is said because the reason is covid even though it is clear that my father does not have Covid and the pain of cancer in a special cancer hospital which of course has met health protocols. If there is Covid, it is impossible to allow it to enter Singapore.

Glad there is a place to cook, the tools are complete, can also wash in the basement, there is a free bus to the Takasimaya orchard there is a schedule.

They don't have faucets in water closet, so it's really difficult situations to us, we should glass or bowl for cleaning. I hope next Shangri la think about it. Thank you

Nice location, room need some new touch on rugs and furniture. You can do it Shangrila!

Hotels are far from everywhere, services are lacking, until the hotel rooms are still not ready there are some rooms that have not been cleared.

Closed to orchad road, room is big, staff is friendly.

This is our second time staying here and so far we had a pleasant experience. All the staffs are super nice and friendly. Especially Mrs. Jameela and her team were very helpful to us. Great location, spacious room, comfy bed, clean and neat. The Shangri-la Apartment is our favorite place to my whole family. Even my son always asks to stay here when we talk about Singapore. Will go back for sure!

Super! it's near Orchard, clean room with a nice kitchen+living room. its exactly looks like the pictures. They also provide a shuttle to MRT station.

This apartment is beyond our expectation. Everything was perfect. We had room service by Mrs. Bao Mei. She is super nice and provide us with excellent services. All my families are satisfied. Absolutely Shangri-la apartment will be on my first list if we come back to Singapore.

Big room and complete kitchen sets. Great if going with family.

The apartment starts to show ageing in certain area. My concerns are: 1. Cupboard under the sink smells a bit funky 2. Toilet & shower moldy on the edges 3. Furniture very old 4. The bed itself was not the best I've every sleep on 5. They charge $10 extra delivery for in room dining (non sense). The staff were very nice and helpful, location is just perfect for me.

The Shangril La Appartment physicnya is clean and complete. Full kitchen, bedroom sheet and other clean, satisfactory. Hospitality in front office is also good. which is a bit unsatisfactory, is a poor house keeping job in the bed.

Its a nice place to stay, great service from the crew and the shuttle to shopping centre around orchard is good
