The property was clean and rooms were nice. The breakfast at their restaurant was not well kept. All the tables in area of buffet were dirty or taken, the food on the line was empty. The bowl

This was an excellent spot and could not have been more conveniently located to the airport.

Spacious room, clean, friendly staff. Very accommodating our our 2 Golden Retrievers . Only complaint was the shower pressure (none) and design of shower (water on the floor)

Very convenient to the airport

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice.

Excellent experience after a miserable stay at a “posh” hotel in Vancouver.

Stayed 3 nights and never had any room cleaning, towel or coffee replacements. Hotel has major staffing problems in housekeeping. The $15 breakfast was the same as any "free" one at other hotels. Poor.

Nice quit place to stay with family. Good pool area with hot tub, steam room, sauna and workout room. Beds are decent. Rooms were nice and clean. Our kiddo loved all the seating options and desks in the room and the fact we could see airplanes taking off from our room. Restaurant right down stairs if you don’t want to wonder out which has a good kids menu too. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property with great staff

Great location

The Ac unit was located exactly near the bed. We couldn’t sleep whole night because whenever ac starts working we wake up. Whoever’s brilliant idea was to install hvac unit next to pillows should be sleeping himself to understand how terrible it is. And windows are not opening. We wake up tired, exhausted and start coughing because ac just was blowing to face whole night. Please do not book there if you are looking for a good quiet sleep.
