WiFi is not very good. Conveniently located near the airport.

It was so bad that I didn't take any pictures for the review. I arrived at the time specified in the note when booking the hotel. I reached the correct location but ***told the customer to stay at another place*** by driving to find their own way. When I arrived at the accommodation, I ***walked up the stairs*** for another 3 floors. Normally, I stay at B2 and always find an elevator. After that, I went out to eat, came back to park the car, turned off the engine, and got out of the car. The security guard came to chase me away, saying that he would reserve the space for other cars. I felt really bad. The room was not soundproof. Anyone talking could hear everything. Is the bathroom mirror set up for a ghost to look at? I'm 160 cm tall and I can't even reach it on tiptoe.

The back door of the room was not tight, causing the noise of the air conditioner to enter the room. When the air conditioner runs, it is loud and makes it difficult to sleep. The bed makes a loud noise every time you turn over. Room 310

Good, clean. But it would be great if there was an elevator. It would be difficult for elderly people to walk up.

There's 2 seperated buildings, please check which one is for your booking. Staff are kind. You have to ask Wifi password through their Line chat, but I didn't get my own one.

The staffs are lovely, provide information and help very well. However, the room is not very clean. The bathroom amenities have signs of being opened and used. The bed is old and makes noise when turning over. The refrigerator compressor is very loud. When working, I was startled awake all night. I got a room next to the road and was startled when a motorbike passed by. There is only a trash can outside the bathroom. When using tissue in the bathroom, I have to take it outside to throw it away. I would like the hotel to improve.

The staff is okay, they speak okay, and welcome you well. The room is okay for this price, but the hot water is not very hot. It takes a long time to adjust. I want it to be fixed because normally it is hot just by turning it on. Now, every time I shower, I have to adjust it every time. Overall, it is okay.

The staff are friendly and the service is good, but the room is very cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom is not very clean. There is a problem with a clogged pipe. The water drains slowly and makes a scary noise while the water is draining. There is no separation between the wet and dry areas and the floor is quite slippery. There is no hot water kettle in the room. You have to go downstairs to get water from the staff. I have used B2 many times before and never thought that each place would have a different standard.

The pictures on the website did not match the actual location, which led to the mistake of booking.

The room photos are not quite as expected because it is a dormitory that has been converted into a hotel. The check-in and check-out counter staff are very friendly.

The staffs are polite and give good recommendations for accommodation. They are quite organized. The accommodation is clean. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your belongings up.
