Receptionist is very helpful and polite. Room could be in better shape but overall good stay

Bathrooms clean but need updating. Otherwise no issues. Good food and friendly service.

Excellent front desk staff

We stumbled (literally) upon this due to some messed up travel arrangements. When we walked in the clerk was like "how did you find us? That's astounding!" It is not an international destination. That being said, it's AWESOME! If I were to ever come to Poland again, I would come up here for a few days of relaxation with my partner.

Cozy, clean and warm room (travelled on February). Great surroundings for a quiet morning stroll. Good breakfast, overall, but so-so coffee.

This is my favorite place to stay in Poland.

The hotel is located on a lake setting close and is very quiet area. Ideal location for family trip or business trip. The rooms were excellent and the breakfast was great. Its the only hotel I would stay in when I am in the area. Its great value for money as well.

I have stayed here 3 times now whilst travelling to Lithuania. The rooms are excellent and there is a nice walk by the lake. Food was by room service and was excellent. The room and bathroom were spotless.

Loved everything about our stay in Augustow. Food, people, many different activities you can do on water. The area is simply beautiful.

We've been a few times now and always look to book this hotel when in the area. Very spacious family room, good food and right next to one of the lakes with walk and cycle path to town.

Quiet and relaxing. Away for the center and right on the lake.

Looks like part of the hotel is new and the other isn't. We were in the old wing, which was still ok but a bit faded. Needs a bit of tlc. Area was amazing. Wish we had more time to go round the lake and discover more of the place.

It’s a nice resort hotel in Augustow. Clean and quiet. The restaueant is very good as well.

Very nice service I'll recommend it and would go again friendly, and so much to do in the hotel and in the town which is great for a little vacation beautiful scenery.
