I like the location for the places I wanted to visit. I had looked up for a stay with a pool and it has said that this hotel has a year around indoor pool which was a reason I chose it, however when I inquired at the from desk it did not have a pool

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

Site was ok, but the beds are so soft I’ve spent double the cost of the night on getting my back fixed!

Friendly staff and atmosphere. Lobby had some wonderful displays. Room was clean and comfortable

The Grand Hotel reminded me of an elegant aging woman. A little worn but absolutely captivating.

It has olde world charm and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main problem was the lack of breakfast service. There was no indication online that breakfast had ceased being served after covid. Suggesting Macdonald's is a very poor substitute for the aroma of bacon, eggs and fresh toast being prepared. On line, even The Grand Hotel omelets were recommended! Ceasing breakfast service was a very poor decision! Dinner, however, was very enjoyable

Very comfortable clean hotel with a fine restaurant and pleasant grounds. Only concern is that no breakfast is available and nothing of quality within walking distance of the hotel.

Friendly place .

Spacious room. Staff were quick to help when TV remote was missing. The dining room food and service was amazing! The British memorabilia in the lobby was wonderful. The hotel lived up to its name - Grand!

The whole place is charming! I enjoyed a late supper at the restaurant and not only was the food delicious ( do try the crème brûlée) Tanya was friendly and ensured my dining experience was 5 star!

The beds were so comfortable we slept like Sleeping Beauty! The staff was friendly and accomodating and the outdoor dining was lovely in warm fall weather.

what I liked about the property was the overall ambiance, as well as the cleanliness and great room size. The excellent service from all staff members and the delicous food and wines. My complaint would be the tripping hazard outside the building, between the parking lot and the carriage porch. My husband and I both tripped over it at different times. Our concern is that it could prove quite dangerous to someone with less agility or unsteady on their feet.

Bathroom had hair on the shower walls upon check in. The whole room smelled like Grandma's bsmt. Carpets need torn out. It's just time for an update. Whoever owns the hotel is stuck in the early 90's and it just is in bad need of an update. The furniture, like the couch, on the sitting area is so old. We changed hotels after a night

We stayed just long enough to sleep. We appreciated the quiet and efficient A/C.
