The room is okay since it is a budget hotel. There was a complimentary hot water, hot shower, AC, WiFi, TV and a dresser. The staff were all nice which made our stay more okay.

Only stayed one night before continuing on to Oslob. Next to you there are 7-11

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 of my friends here and all we could say about this hotel are good things! Convenience wise, its very close to the Vhire terminal, 3-5 minute walk, it also has a 7-11 store beside it. Also very close to a university, so it has cheap resto surrounds it. Comfort wise, the bed and the pillows are so comfy! too bad they only provide 1 pillow each, when we try to request another pillow which we're willing to pay, they said they ran out of it. Overall it was a good stay!

Thank you very much USDA!!!! Even if we did not place make up room, the bell boy,knocked our door and cleaned up our room,change the bedsheets, towels and refill the toiletries. When we asked for hot water, it was served right away, within a minute after requesting. Great job! God bless always!

Our stay was great except for the fact that after we bought our goodies, they placed it on their storage and a rat ate my pasalubongs!

What I like about USDA is that their location is very accessible if you want to tour around the City. It is also near budget-friendly restaurants and Barbeque Plaza.

The aircon on room 201 is not working its totally hot when we are asleep and when we woke up since were tired we have not tried to complaint about it anymore. They only have one room boy so better make sure when you leave advise them to make up your room or it will be disregard.
