Was wonderful. Restaurant was great. Staff was so helpful. Other attractions and dining within walking distance.

This is an excellent place to stay when in Glasgow! There is really no weakness…..

Perfect location

We had a really comfortable stay at Dakota Glasgow. We were travelling with our nine month old baby, and the cot provided was excellent – they even included extra blankets for her and a teddy bear. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel feels modern and well maintained, so everything works smoothly. The shower was great, the place smells fresh, and it is well located – about a 15 minute walk from Glasgow Central, making it very convenient if you are arriving by train. If you are driving, there is also a small parking area. The reception staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend staying here.

It is a lovely hotel. 95% of staff are very friendly and willing to answer questions. Restaurant is amazing and most staff are very good apart from afew. Other than that a top hotel.

Great hotel, would definitely stay again!

The hotel is lovely, comfortable and well located. The staff are exceptional. Very gracious and helpful when we had an adapter mishap. Breakfast selection terrific and Jack's and the bar staff were welcoming and the drinks options robust. Highly recommend the Dakota for a Glasgow stay.

Upmarket hotel short walk to the city centre. Room was well appointed and comfy although aircon not great and no USB sockets. Staff were super helpful and friendly

Staff great food and drink decent but not the cheapest. Wine overpriced and too many extras at dinner.

5 stars simply for having working AC 😂 but really, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Quiet, stylish, clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and bed, feels brand new, friendly helpful staff (Katie), very welcoming for travelling with a baby providing a cot, blanket and teddy

The hotel is stunning. The interior is beautiful. The only issue we had was the room wasn’t cleaned everyday so the towels and toilet rolls were not replenished or the coffee and waters.

Amazing service and comfort

Very nice new location, we booked the best room and were very upset to be told check out was at 11 am .. ( which for this property and the prices paid is not right). when asked to stay till noon we were charge 20 GBP which was about 40.00 Canadian .... Would not stay here because of this ... we travel here 2 times a year and thought we would try this hotel ... We will stick with the Kimton just brown the road.

The room is a very generous size with a lovely bathroom. The styling is really cool (if a little bit dark) and the bed is absolutely wonderfully comfortable. In many hotels I have stayed in, especially at this price point, they have been more flexible with the checkout time. We said it was the night after our wedding and would need longer than 11am, they said no problem but there is a charge. Probably could have got away without saying anything and saved £20 It’s not so much that I expected special treatment on our wedding day - just that other hotels would have done This is why it is 4 stars from me and not 5. Still, very good rather than excellent
