The hotel is all ok - the only problem is the parking, it's a bit expensive, you have to wait for the total witness to return before the outside parking lot is empty.

The hotel is under renovation. Luckily, my room has been renovated, but the bedsheets are very old and the bathroom water heater is not hot, showering in the morning feels very cold. The staff here are good.

I think this hotel is nice, clean, spacious, TV, aircond works well, but the water heater in our room is broken.

The room is very nice, comfortable, clean and spacious! They provide water cooler outside of the room. They have covered parking space for hotel guests. I am very satisfied with the service and price. Will definitely book this hotel again if coming to Ipoh.

The suite were awesome! Big bed + extra single bed. All furnitures were new. Aircond cool enough. Just wifi on and off. Maybe the router far from our room 😂 Overall am satisfied with this hotel :)

The quadrant room that I booked was not in good condition but they upgraded to 2 deluxe rooms. I'm happy with it. The room is spacious and good mattress. Good aircon is cold.
