Easy check in, good breakfast and a nice room with a nice bed too. At the beginning I had a problem with the air conditioning in the room but in a few hours they solved me by setting up a room. I have no problem coming back one day.

The fridge didn’t cool my beverages. Very unique.

You have to specifically ask to have your room cleaned, which we found odd. Breakfast was okay, but the staff wasn't great.

I have one night and added another reservation and I left to go out to the mall . But around 5 pm I got at the hotel and tried to transfer my reservation to Aracruz city or cancel my reservation I was able to play penalty for those options. Who where there went to a private room making to waining 15 mins and cow works says he is talking to the manager. When came he doesn’t says anything and I asked him he’s says is the same I told you no.

I was there visiting a friend who lives there, close to the hotel. It was a great location, very friendly and helpful staff. I liked the fitness center and the very tasty breakfast.

the room next to us was loud during the entire night, management tried but failed to calm them down.

Hotel com apto de bom tamanho, ducha muito boa, limpeza adequada, numa região de fácil acesso a todos os pontos. O restaurante do hotel deixa a desejar no atendimento - os pratos servidos são de boa qualidade, apenas a demora no atendimento dá vontade de desistir e ir embora. Além disso, por mais de uma vez, depois de muito tempo, vieram informar que o pedido não seria possível fazer por falta de ingredientes. Lamentável.

Muito boa a estadia, confortável, limpo e com excelente atendimento. O café da manhã é básico e a internet aberta e instável. Vale a pena considerar a estádia!
