I am being thrown out of this hotel because I asked not to be forced to watch continuous evangelical gospel on the television in the breakfast area. The situation escalated to the general manager, Mr Valdir. I’m openly gay and that just made things more complicated. The general manager decided to throw me out of the hotel today. I arrived here yesterday. How awful.

Check-in took too long as they were confused about 2 rooms being under 1 booking, they gave our guests a room that was already occupied and then had to change it after the bellhop alerted them to the issue, thankfully it was before they walked into an occupied room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, the balcony was left unlocked and we didn’t realize until the next morning. The pipes made terrible loud and vibrating noises, I had to leave the bathroom sink running all night in order to sleep. The curtains were stained, cobwebs in both the room and the bathroom. Dinner was also disappointing. Service was slow despite the dinning room being empty. They kept saying our room was showing as unoccupied, the menu was inaccurate and didn’t list allergens so we ordered a dish that contained dairy and one of our party couldn’t eat it. I told the waiter and nothing was done not even offered to comp. Not all the dishes came out at the same time, the picanha was hard a rock. One of the appetizers didn’t arrive until we had finished the meal. This hotel has so much potential but the staff has 0 hospitality training and the rooms need a lot of TLC and upgrades to be even remotely considered at the same level as the other hotels near by. It’s no wonder they still had availability during the busiest tourist season.

The property was built to be a resort style convention centre hotel with expensive refurbishing like granite walls in the bathrooms, large curved ramps between floors etc. It is still nice but certain parts are not really used anymore including the waterpark

This hotel has seen its day and my main complaint is the double bed which is merely two singles shoved together and a gap in the middle cost more for this !!! I took the bedding apart and took pic

Found a lot of bugs in my room, no hot water and most of all the décor of the room was terrible and also extremely rundown

Estadia muito boa. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mas era bom.

Incrível esse hotel, o tamanho, a quantidade de ambientes, a quantidade de opções de laser. Aparentemente passou por alguns problemas de infraestrutura mas parecem estar sendo resolvidos pela nova administração. Minha experiência foi fantástica! Quartos muito amplos e com ótima mobília / camas. Quadras muito legais e parque aquático muito bom. Meus filhos (9 e 15 anos) adoraram.

Amei o hotel. O atendimento é excelente de todos os funcionários. O restaurante é maravilhoso. Enfim só elogios.

Um complexo grande, com quarto amplo e com varanda. O café da manhã do fim de semana é muito bom.

O hotel é muito grande e, por isso, faltam informações mais objetivas ao hóspede como, por exemplo, nos elevadores, não ter a indicação de onde fica o restaurante, ou a área de lazer do hotel. Além disso, a piscina aquecida não estava funcionando e, em um local com temperatura mais amena como Campina Grande, nesta época do ano principalmente, seria interessante que a piscina aquecida estivesse disponível ao hóspede. Outro ponto negativo são os quartos bem antigos, ar condicionado também antigo e aparentando falta de manutenção (mau cheiro em um período da noite). Como ponto positivo ficam a localização do hotel e o excelente café da manhã.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tem uma super estrutura de lazer, quartos super espaçosos com vista linda das colinas é ótimo café da manhã. Pode melhorar a internet do quarto que caia direto e o estacionamento que é longe, no sol e vc ainda tem q pagar por fora da hospedagem.

Hotel velho, tvs antigas e paguei mais de 1200,00 numa diária, exploram por conta da época junina, mas não vale, é melhor pagar um motorista e dormir em João Pessoa beira mar.

Quarto muito amplo, senti falta da iluminação para leitura na cabeceira da cama. Excelente café da manhã. A lojinha tem coisas interessantes mas está sempre fechada. Difícil comprar alguma coisa lá.

Maravilhosa! Estivemos na cidade e amamos a estadia, piscina aquecida a noite, piscina externa no dia, jantar saboroso e equipe muito atenciosa! Parabéns!

O hotel de fato é excelente, porém está passando por obras, então o barulho de ferramentas e homens trabalhando era muito alto, fora isso tudo foi perfeito.
