Arrived with my service dog. Very good stay.

Overall the room was fine however, the sofa was broken therefore uncomfortable to use. Having stayed at the hotel several times we have always found the staff friendly and helpful

Overall it was a good stay but after paying nearly £300 for a room you would expect breakfast and parking to be included. Pretty outrageous. Also the whole system of paying a deposit just to get one beer after 10pm is pretty ridiculous. It just felt as though there was an extra charge waiting round every corner. 15 quid for a few scrambled eggs and a crossaint after paying for a nice room is crazy. Other than that the hotel was nice

The hotel was ideal to go to the eurotunnel. Food was lovely at the hotel. Staff were very accomodating. Definitely recommend

The building appears tired but the room was clean and comfortable The restaurant was very busy and quite noisy so I chose to eat in the room which was fine

Really lovely stay, very friendly helpful staff, nice big room with comfy bed, beautiful location and very nice evening meals too.

Really pleasant welcome on arrival. Good sized room, but bed was very hard and lumpy. Very good breakfast. No on site parking and limited parking around the hotel.

The hotel was lovely the staff were nice it was clean.

Quaint English Inn on the English Channel. Excellent restaurant and bar. Friendly people. Rooms were sparse but comfortable. Our son’s family stayed in rm next door and they has already made up the roll in beds. The surrounding area is interesting but no retail.

Such a lovely place for the weekend

Hotel is right on the Leas and does have a view over the Channel. Lovely walk down to the harbour arm and old town. Train station 15 minutes away. Folkestone is a great place to visit. Highly recommend

Warm welcome from receptionist. Room beautifully clean, linen nice and crisp. Towels fluffy. Free bottles of drinking water. Only downfall was lift was out of order, but got a free drink voucher. Will definitely be back for a third visit

Only notified about lift not working when i arrived and i was on second floor . Luckily im fit but someone else may have struggled. Could not get a printed invoice on checkout - promised to email me one hasn't materialised yet . No privacy in room as is overlooked so you need to keep the curtains closed at all times.
