Very small claustrophobic rooms

Rooms r too small

Break fast is good but the room size is too small for two queen bed

Breakfast buffet is good but amenities in the room are not good

I don’t expect it’s not worth of spending more than $25

Hotel staff ranging from Front desk, Room service, Dining took effort to attend and address my requests in timely. The hotel staff deserves 5 stars

We stayed one night and used it for transit. Rooms are small. No help with luggage. However, it served the purpose.

Excellent stay. The concierge, particularly Sai Ram was very attentive to our needs and ensured we had a very smooth stay.

Room service and food was good

Great and helpful staff all across. Small rooms. Overpriced for size of rooms. No baby cot available even though marked as family hotel. Overall would not recommend for prices charged.

Property needs a full makeover, lifts are in terrible state and door keys kept getting faulty. The staff were kind and helpful but it’s a shame no matter how hard they tried the property was a big let down.

Its a great hotel and had a fantastic stay. Excellent breakfast options. The only draw back would be a bit smelly bathrooms, otherwise pretty hygienic.

The shower gel was empty and had to wait for 20/25 mins for them to bring. Very small tissue roll. Overall it’s average. There are better options for the price you pay.

Ibis is perfectly located close to the US visa application office and all IT parks. The staff are fantastic. Special mention : Sai Ram and Nandini. I do recommend having king size beds for families though and more extra beds availability. Not to forget, the breakfast was healthy and no nonsense. Love it!
