Big rooms great breakfast

Breakfast buffet was very nice. Our room was comfortable and close to the Presidential palace and Puerto Madero. The staff was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful facility, certainly located and friendly helpful staff.

Hotel was very old (2000's decoration), looks a bit run-down, and very dated. Hygiene was poor and just on the acceptable side. For the amount paid, I would book somewhere else.

Gabriel, and staff were on point with everything to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely stay again here.

Marvelous property just steps from Plaza de Mayo. Huge room. Contemporary design. Feels like it was entirely redone in last year or two. Super clean and lovely staff.

The hotel is located in a central area. It felt so safe and it was quiet at night. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Good stay, coffee machine was not working and had to ask for a new one three times. Could never connect my Netflix to the Tv. Apart from that the stay was good, great location .

Wonderful hotel & staff. Our room was palatial and the hotel is ideally situated for everything in historico. Must try Chez Malbec nearby,- wonderful!

Property is dated. We were given an accessible room with two twin beds joined together! Disappointing when traveling as a couple and you booked a “superior room “

The hotel is in a great location to explore San Telmo and other areas as has good metro links to the other areas. We booked a Superior Room with a city view but were disappointed to find we did not get this even though it was confirmed on our booking. Be careful as we were told only 4 rooms have a city view and they were all booked so we felt we were misled as this was a reason for selecting this hotel. The booking information also said there was a pool but this is in fact in the City hotel next door and you have to leave this hotel, go out onto the street and then into the hotel next door. Again, we felt misled about this as this was one of the main reasons for booking this particular hotel. Apart from these 2 points we were happy with the hotel.
