The lovely concierge staff was just so wonderful! Check in an absolute breeze! If im ever this way again,i will 100% go here! Very clean breakfast setup! Actually halfway decent coffee! Thank you!!!!

Beautiful. Friendly. Bed was too firm. Only 3 pillows and all 3 too soft. Bathroom very compact but pretty. Bathroom bar soap was previously used. Breakfast was minimal and had fewer options than hoped.

The staff was very professional and friendly including front desk, housekeeping and food service. The room was very clean and spacious. Great value for the service and accommodations!

This was a very nice spot! I was only here a night but I will be back when I need to visit my son at college. The breakfast was nice!

I have been on the phone with bookings for 45 minutes. Can not check in and I'm exhausted!! Bookings how dare you! Take my money and hotel said they never got it. That's theft!

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The hallways were not clean. We were just there for one night passing through. Our complaint is the breakfast. It begins at 6:30. We arrived at 7:30 and it was very picked over. The hot food was replaced but the breads and fruits were not. There was one remaining muffin and few bagels. When I asked for a banana they said they were out. I heard someone else ask for a muffin and they responded they were out. This is an hour into the 4 hour breakfast. The hotel did not seem very full.

My son & I were comfortable for our stay. I’m not sure if it was intentional but it seemed as though the guests with smaller children like myself were placed in rooms next to each other which I thought was a smart way to position guests. Check-in was quick as well.

The rooms were excellent. Staff was amazing. It was clean, safe and in a great part of town.
