Plenty of parking, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive. The only issue was that i could hear nearby traffic coming from the highway.

Did the job for a one night stay. Room was clean but quite small. Area around the hotel was a bit odd as it was in some sort of strip mall.

This is a solid budget choice a short drive from the Pinery and Grand Bend. It’s no frills but it’s clean, inexpensive and comfortable. Staff are friendly, AC works, lots of towels, easy parking. Cheap and cheerful FTW!

The smell of clean linen upon arrival was a good sign. Sheets and towels indeed smelled wonderfully fresh. Good price, good stay.

cheap price for small room, probably smallest ever stayed. 2 major complaints, the pump soap bottle was so disgusting, we were ready to toss in garbage but didn't want to be charged for it. we used our own bar we brought. second, there was mold under toilet rim visible from bedroom and nmold around shower glass. general cleaning was ok.

Great place overall.

Two flights of stairs. May be an issue for some. Rooms nice and clean other than shower floor. Bedroom floors not properly installed and had gaps. Please upgrade to a keurig coffee maker. More user-friendly and universal than a tassimo coffee maker. Or at least just a regular coffee maker. Dispenser of shampoo and conditioner in shower was a nice idea and cost effective for the owners. Need the ceiling fan to work in the bathroom. There was no switch for it and it didn't turn on with light switch. Was quoted a different price when checking in then what Expedia charged my card. Will wait and see if it was just the money exchange difference. Over all a decent place to stay.

We changed rooms because the first one was cramped and smelt badly like cigarettes in a non-smoking room. The front desk personnel did not hesitate to move us. The hotel is basic and nothing fancy, but it’s a less expensive option to stay in Grand Bend.

Hotel was good. A/C wasn’t working.

About 10-15 minute walk to main beach. We had Premium King room overlooking the unkept dumpster area. AC did not work. Hallway was hot. Every day some kind of bread was made and laid out on a sheet on the floor in the communal room, stinky and classless (hotel does NOT have food service so must be for family as we think they live in the building). Staff seemed uninterested in us as guests. Room has mini frig but it clicks all the time. Microwave and ice machine in communal room, if you can get around the drying bread stuff on floor. Room darkens well from sunrise though. Pizza place next door has very nice staff. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.
