Well, we were given a new room on the construction side of the property, which led us to wake up at 7:30 due to the construction work, but the team was super helpful and kind to upgrade us to a suite. Overall property and staff, felt at home. Will definitely make a longer stay here next time.

The resort got a makeover and is completely refurbished. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We took our kids with us hiking, for which there are plenty of options, but childcare is available too if kids prefer not to hike. After the hike, we used the water park, enjoyed dinner and then used the family/game room for entertainment. It was perfect!

Other than the construction going on right outside my balcony the only other complaint would be the lack of any air-conditioning. Had to leave the doors and windows open all night (no screens) and the construction started early. Need to bring good ear plugs. The dining and the pools were over the top great and the staff was very helpful.

Absolutely beautifully designed, and one of the most amazing positioned luxury hotel for skiing ever. The food. Amazing. The facilities - incredible. Location - perfect.

A dream-like stay in mountain wonderlands. Warning to Americans: there’s no air conditioning. Stay somewhere else if this upsets you.

The Edelweiss is an excellent family run hotel right next to the Panoramabahn cable car for genuine ski-in ski-out holidays. The staff goes out of its way to make guests feel special and welcome. To give you an example: our bags got lost on BA and we ran out of baby food when all shops where closed on Saturday afternoon. The hotel staff managed to find baby powder in the middle of the night. Food and wine list excellent. Very child friendly, very large pool for the kids and excellent playroom. Sauna area nice if a little crowded at peak times.

We stopped after a long drive from Croatia. We wanted something relaxing and "resort" style. This is a right-sized resort. Good food (GREAT breakfast buffer and a la carte dinner) and high end services all in a Alpine/Austrian ambiance. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderschönem Wellnessbereich und sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern!

Wir waren schon in sehr vielen 4* und 5* Hotels und dieses zählt zu den besten. Sehr weitläufig und großzügig gebaut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für die Kinder (3+11) gab es sehr freundliche Kinderbetreuung, die sich aktiv mit den Kindern beschäftigt hat. Das Rutschenland mit mehr als 5 Rutschen inkl. 1 Reifenrutsche macht wirklich Spaß. Ebenso der Kleinkindbereich mit schön warmen Wasser. Überall sind luxuriöse Kuschel- und Relaxbereiche. Das Essen lässt ebenso keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen wieder :-)
