Clean. Friendly staff. Central location. Close to restaurants. We were hiking in Pemberton, and this was a good place to rest in-between hikes.

Pemberton Hotel old with noisy wall A/C. Motel-basic, paper thin walls, no outlets for USB etc. Bring your own USB adapter. Good wifi, clean. Unfortunately, the front desk is manned for only a limited number of hours. Check-in is strictly limited to after 4pm.

Way overpriced $202 / night..... clean but old decor in rooms. Hard mattress. Tiny rooms. Small TV. Soft bath towels though. Nobody at the checkin desk prior to 4pm.

A great stay with very friendly staff. We were warned about noise from the bar on the weekends, but didn’t notice any at all.

Property was decent. We were very happy that the bar downstairs cancelled the DJ for the night so we were able to sleep. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Parking was good - behind the hotel.

Selected this hotel as an affordable option to very expensive Whisler nearby. It was a very hot day in Pemberton the day we arrived. It would have been nice for someone to cool off the room prior to our arrival. They would have noticed that the AC wasn't working probably. Consequently, our room was very warm and we didn't have a good night and couldn't rest properly. Since this hotel doesn't have a front desk service, we could either complained or try to change room. Disappointing.

Simple, Budget-Friendly Stay – Great for a Road Trip Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful in guiding us to the parking area. Once we got to our room, we opened the windows and turned on the AC — the room cooled down nicely, and we had a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was okay, nothing fancy, but functional. There was a fridge in the room, which was handy. No complimentary water was provided, so bring your own, and make sure to pack your toiletries as well. In the morning, we grabbed coffee from the ground floor — there's a small coffee shop right out front, which was convenient. EV charging is also available if you're driving an electric vehicle. Overall, our stay was good. We were on a road trip and mainly needed a clean, quiet place to sleep, which this hotel delivered. It's pet-friendly, budget-friendly, and a solid option as long as you don’t expect luxury. Just note that breakfast isn’t provided. I’d recommend it if you're looking for a simple, affordable stopover.

This hotel has been there ever since I can remember, it was clean but dated. The linens on the bed need an upgrade, new pillows. The staff was courteous and friendly! This is certainly a place to lay your head for the night. Was quiet never heard anything from pub below.

The bed was so terrible, I did not stay there. It was like a plywood plank that moved. The mattress was so light it moved when you sat on it and there was no padding at all. The worst bed I have ever seen in a hotel room. So I left and returned home 4 hours away. No kiddingt!
