Entry door on side of building would not close properly.

The young lady that checked us in and worked the the evening shift was OUTSTANDING! I was very impressed with her customer service skills ability to stay composed during busy times.

I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in. We try following reviews when choosing places to stay and was disappointed by a place (different hotel- different company) we stayed a week ago, but so glad we chose the Hyatt this time! It was clean (top priority), comfortable, spacious and modern. The price was spot-on for the accommodations and location. We will be staying here again and recommending to our friends and family.

The furniture smelled a little stale in our room. Mattresses should be changed out. Aside from that, we had a good stay.
