The price is great for the location and also breakfast included very generous portions, the rooms are very spacious and clean , but what I mostly like is the staff there very welcoming , professional and friendly,yes I would recommend this hotel and will come back gladly , thank you Expedia for the great prices offered and the easy cancellation policy too

Great location - away from craziness, but only a short downhill walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was pretty, but too cold for us. Room needs updating. A/c didn’t work.

Two of us recently stayed here for a week. Very well located. Very safe, quiet, but with very easy walking access to great food – expensive or reasonable, supermarkets, cafes, bars, night time madness, and bus transport to for example to The Rock. Cannot comment on safety of the bar area at night, but it heaves. Once again, no Spanish, Google Translator is a revelation. Walk down the hill, very cheap taxi back up. Or walk if that's where you want to spemd your energy. The place has seen better days, including our room 5, and needs some love, looked out on car park. But we had a fridge, a huge bed, lots of space, wifi, OK bathroom. Good breakfast. This place was OK and a good find.

This hotel felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Our room was very small and extremely basic. The TV didn't work and the carpet was threadbear. Nobody spoke English but luckily my daughter could speak some Spanish so we managed to communicate but all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The outside pool area was pleasant, we sat there for a couple of hours during our stay but didn't venture into the water. The breakfast was also nice enough every morning.

Located a short (uphill) walk from the centre of the poblado nightlife this was a very quiet convenient base to explore medellin from although it's a long walk to metro station, it's a short taxi ride (only around 5000 pesos). Friendly staff, rooms basic and a bit dark , lovely pool area, good breakfast.

I was pleased with room cleanliness. There is no air conditioning but that isn't much of an issue as the temperature drops at night and they provide fans. There are several staff members who speak English fairly well. They were helpful with all of my questions. Hot water was also limited depending upon the time of day. Quiet and safe area for walking.

Für 3 Sterne der Komfort der Zimmer nicht so toll. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt OK, der Service könnte besser sein, habe ich während meiner Kolumbienreise schon zuvorkommender erlebt!
