Too dirty, too noisy and the reception is not open 24 hours, frankly it's disgusting

The staff are very friendly, attentive and enthusiastic.

The waitress was very friendly but the facilities were seriously degraded. The app is big and professional but the accommodation recommendations were not verified. Very disappointing. Booked 2 nights but had to cancel one night because I couldn't stay.

The room with a city view actually looked out onto a roof full of rubbish, for a small extra charge we could have had a room with a river view. The "hotel" is run down, the plaster is falling off, the walls are mouldy. The bathtub in the bathroom is boarded up, we couldn't figure out how to use it. The last straw was a rat running around in front of the reception. Although we had paid for the three nights in advance, we preferred to look for other accommodation. Everyone should stay far away.
