Everything was excellent except the spa, massages were terrible and the service was so bad…. The steam wan’t hot at all and the keep charging for the use.

Perfectly located for seeing Casco Viejo, and beautifully maintained as an historic building. Staff was absolutely accommodating and responsive to all requests (and we had a few!).

Do it, book book book! The hotel's location, staff, cleanliness and food/drinks were amazing! I cannot find one thing bad to stay! Money well spent, my friends and I are already planning to go back in a few months!

I like the breakfast style and everything was near by the hotel. I didn’t like the early morning noise. It was just a little bit noisy. Not a big deal.

Nice location. Receptive staff. Very nice breakfast. Rooms are basic. Appliances and fixtures are inconsistently working.

El personal es sumamente atento y gentil, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer sentir a los huéspedes bienvenidos. Nos encantó la música en vivo que ofrecen, creando un ambiente relajado y acogedor. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: está muy cerca de los principales lugares turísticos, lo que facilita explorar la zona sin complicaciones. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!
