This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold. Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor. There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym. Don’t choose this hotel.

Basic hotel, with no complaints on that account. Chosen due to walking distance to/from Allianza arena = 15/20 minutes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a few things that need to be improved, the tv only had cable with a few Brazilian channels, we couldn’t even stream a platform to watch something else since it wasn’t a smart tv. The AC did not properly so the room always felt warm. I missed a second little trash bin in the room, there was only one in the bathroom. Room was small but this was expected. The mattress is a sort of a thin pad and doesn’t give you that comfort feeling when you are at a hotel.

Stay was perfect since front desk to all employees. But the only big defected from hotel is the windowns on 12 floor and others, not kid friendly. Easy to have catastrophic accidents . Should be locked windows for safety of kids. I had my son and i was scary all the time

A equipe foi amigável, mas levou mais de meia hora para fazer o check-in. O valor foi igual ao hotel que ficamos na noite anterior, só que o outro hotel era MUITO superior.

Nos nao usamos o estacionento mas pudemos ver o quao gentil.o senhor. Douglas trata os clientes.Ele nos ajudou com o aplicativo do Uber. Alias todos os funcionarios sao gentis. Muito satisfeita

O quarto é confortável e limpo. Oferecem uma opção de compra à parte do café da manhã, para quem não inclui na reserva do quarto, com um valor razoável. O café da manhã deles é excelente!! O bar fecha em determinado horário, mas os atendentes da recepção podem te ajudar se você precisar de algo. O único problema para mim foi que o recepcionista não encontrou o saca-rolha do bar e acabei perdendo o vinho que ficou na garrafa, já que no dia seguinte não tinha a rolha para fechá-la. Mas apesar de não ter encontrado, ele não teve falta de vontade, procurou bastante!! Além disso, fez pipoca para mim usando o microondas da cozinha. Não tenho do que reclamar do atendimento.
