Only cleaned the room every other day. The website said it was close to Old Quebec and it was not. It was in the middle of an industrial centre. Had dinner in the hotel as it was the only place close….service was terrible. The food and drinks expensive

The location was ideal for us. Not too far from the city and easy convenient to the highway

They only make the room every other day. I requested the front desk to just empty the trash bin one time, they said ok but they didn’t do it

Close to the cycling path leading to downtown cycling and the cheminot corridor. However dirty glasses were not replaced with and coffee machine not cleaned.. surprising for that type of hotel

Great hotel to stay and rest from a cruise to Quebec. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here in next visit to Quebec. Merci !

The hotel staff can speak English that made me feel welcome as a visitor from outside Quebec.

There was no cleanliness in the hotel room, sheets were terrible and smelly. Everything was terrible for the price that i paid for an executive suite

Bed was uncomfortable Room smelt musty, Water leak was evident on the ceiling inside wall Toilet broken I called morning after I checked in They came to fix, water kept running every 2 min. The tank would fill and empty again Annoying all night
