Rating is based on the time of occupancy. TV not working due to contractor not able to fixed it during that period of stays. Shortage of cloths hanger and a place to hang towels etc... Overall it is still consider satisfactory.

It's great to stay and relax here, very quiet..no disturbances.

The water doesn't flow. It only flows for a short time. Only 30 minutes. After that, it stops. I can't urinate or defecate. So I have to hold it in.

There are toilets that are outside the room and need to share like staying in a dormitory.

I stay at 3rd floor, no lift, need to go to lobby to get water. Bed sheet was dirty with hair and mark!

Last room the WiFi signal is low
