Hotel maravilhoso

Everything was perfect

Um quarto extremamente confortável e limpo. Tudo bem novinho e cuidado. O café da manhã é excelente. Por onde passava, as pessoas diziam bom dia com simpatia no rosto. A localização é muito boa por estar perto de shopping e da entrada/saida da cidade.

Hotel is good and staff is amazing! Cable TV never worked at all. No way to fix it. They somehow thought it'd be a good idea to put the cable receiver behind the TV set which, of course, makes remote control useless. Minibar just does NOT work. All food I got in there was rotten after 1 day. Restaurant has an absolutely excellent food but lacks in organization and staff. There was an event for around 60 folks besides other guests and 2 "lost" waiters trying to figure out how to take orders. Excellent value and hotel but lacks in MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE!

Hotel is quite good and clean. Staff is dedicated and ready to assist. Cable tv does not work at all. Mini-bar doesn't work either. Restaurant in the hotel has an amazing menu and quality dishes but it not well administered, with 2 waiters for 60 guests.

I stayed at Royal Palm with my wife as a get away weekend trip and we were both happy with the room appearance, clearance , food at breakfast. Awesome team.

Check in was slow and they would not lend, only sell me an adaptor The room was nice but beneath the hydromassage pool which was operated by a 24 hr pump which was very audible in my room The gym and breakfast were nice The pool very small and the water jet weak, the sauna cool

I had to change room because the air conditioning was not working. Not even an upgrade was offered

The room was sealed when we enter. What i didnt like? A room forc2 people they keave justv1 shampoo

Liked it but was woken up by housekeeping every morning moving furniture upstairs

Staff very friendly and accommodating, very quiet and clean. Details made the difference: welcoming drinks, fresh bread made daily, very flexible when ordering foods, etc I have been in some hotels in Brazil, but this one is the only one that provides what you would expect from a good hotel.
