The room was not the best. Ground floor, damp and dark... The lady in the reception was "sorry".

Great Stay – Clean & Hassle-Free The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Private transfers were arranged in advance, and check-in was seamless with clear communication. A stress-free experience from start to finish—highly recommended!

Beautiful, modern, well appointed suite. Everything looks new. Very friendly and welcoming staff. My only complaint -- the reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 -- is that the mattress was very uncomfortable.

We loved everything about the property. It’s clearly been recently refurbished and everything has been very nicely done. The apartment is spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the windows double-glazed so it was very quiet at night, despite being not too far several bars and restaurants. Antonio gave us some very helpful tips for restaurants which we made good use of. The main sights and one of the beaches are little more than 10 minutes walk away. Having walked around most of the city, I would have to stay that the location of this apartment is little short of perfect. Also, the apartment and the building as a whole were very secure and the streets nearby, as elsewhere from what we thought, were very safe. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was spotless, everything you could need, lovely helpful staff on reception, couldn’t fault it, supermarket and bars just around the corner but didn’t cause any disturbance

A nice discovery. Excellent info to get there, parking well organized even though not on premise. Highly helpful, nice lady at front desk. Room large, quiet, clean, with sofa and small well-equipped kitchen. Close to lots of stores, restaurants, attractions and beaches. We would return.

Good location, a few missing kitchen items & no oven but quiet unit with comfortable beds. No communication prior to arrival so had to call 34 number to be let inside.

A wonderful place to stay in Cadiz. It was close to the waterfront with lots of little shops and bars/restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Maria at the front desk was excellent to deal with.

OK for one night. Living room, separate bedroom. Big shower. Hard to get to by car, narrow streets and a lot are one way. Parking is 5 minutes away.

No daily refills of soaps, coffee supplies, or clean towels. WiFi does not work on the ground floor apartment. Still a good value.

Great location , walk to everything. Multiple tapas bars within walking distance yet just at the edge of the action making it nice and quiet for sleeping or relaxing on the roof terrace. Can’t think of one negative thing .

Perfect for a short stay. Easy walk to the beach. Great choice off restaurants close by. Everything you need is provided in the property. Although the bed is on the hard side. Had a great time.

This is an excellent apartment for a week long stay (like we were doing). We were able to buy breakfast items from the nearby grocery stores and the market right around the corner was great for nighttime bites and glasses of wine or beer. Great location, easy to walk to all the sites and sounds of beautiful Cadiz. Communication was excellent, luggage storage on final day was brilliant and the apartment was spotless.

Great friendly staff, nice little touches like the availablity of a washing machine, rooftop patio, and foldable beach lawn chairs umbrellas. Super clean linen.

Fantastic part of Spain. We will visit again for sure.

Great property. Tho I didn't realize the Annex building was not at the same location as the main building. Was still in a good area.
