Very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are amazing and the location is a short walk from the beach (5 mints)

The only thing we did not like is that the key for main gate opening would never work.

The property is well maintained clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Me and my wife had a great time at the hotel.

First, I want to say that the staff here is amazing and does everything that they can within their control to make your stay as exceptional as possible. I have two main issues with this property. One, the pool is pretty subpar for a resort or a property at this level. Pretty small and not visually very appealing. Second, is the fact that when you leave the room, all electricity is automatically turned off. This includes AC. I cannot express to you how hot it would get in that room throughout the day. In general, I am aware that AC in Europe is not Equivalent to that in the United States, however, when you are paying $800 plus per night and you are not able to sleep for four days because of the heat in the room, it is unacceptable. The power turns off because sensors detect that someone is not in the room. I literally begged the front desk to turn the sensors off because the room would heat up throughout the day and would basically never cool down overnight. They said that was impossible because they are more concerned about their Footprint on the environment. Frankly, when I am paying this amount, I really don’t care about that. I care about comfort and more importantly, getting sleep. We ended up buying fans that we tried to keep running all day to keep the air circulating, but the electricity being automatically turned off, would also turn off the fans. Because of this, I will never stay at an a beer store property again and I definitely don’t recommend it

Estava com 4 quartos reservados , foi pedido quarto com cama de casal e foi improvisado junção de 2 camas de solteiro péssimo , a pia fica dentro do quarto e do lado da cabeceira da cama uma lata de lixo , Piscina só abre 10 hs da manhã até 19 hs . Hotel pouco flexível fomos pedir late check out não era possível !!!!! Sem condições não é hotel q voltaria

This is a lovely hotel—spotlessly clean with really lovely staff who were always friendly and helpful. However, the lack of air-conditioning definitely affected our stay. Despite the heat outside, we often had to sit outdoors to enjoy a drink because the bar area inside was even hotter. It was disappointing not to be able to relax indoors, especially in the evenings. Such a shame, as everything else about the hotel was excellent.

Amazing hotel. The restaurant on the rooftop is a must visit as is the spa. There are some lovely restaurants outside of the hotel but be warned it’s very lively and full mostly of groups of young Germans

Das Essen war gut, jedoch oft lauwarm oder vereinzelt kalt. Lag am Buffet Betrieb und an den Wärmeplatten. Hotel schön, mehrheitlich ruhig. vereinzelt waren Partygäste hörbar (Ballermann) wenn das Fenster geöffnet war. Pool & Jacuzzi zu kalt (18°). cool - Fahrradmiete, Parkplatz. Angenehme Düfte im Hotel. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

We loved our short stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been looked after any better. Everything was spotless and even though we had a standard room it was perfect for the time we stayed. The staff ( especially Marko on reception ) were superb. We were also fortunate to dine in the roof top teppanyaki restaurant which was a nice treat. The only one thing I could complain about is spending our day at the pool, spending money on food and drink and when we left our loungers to dine at the poolside restaurant our towels were removed from our loungers. Luckily when we returned there were spare beds available, if there hadn’t been we wouldn’t have been happy about this. You have to return your towels to get your towel card back so why the pool guy thought we had left we don’t know. This definitely needs managing better !

Beautiful resort! Well located for beach access. We rented a car and were able to get around easily!

We recently stayed at the hotel for a couple's getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday. Overall, we had a great time, and if I could, I'd give it 4.5 stars rather than 4. There were some fantastic moments that made our stay special, but a few disappointments kept it from being perfect. The atmosphere was ideal for a quiet trip without kids around, and the hotel surprised us with complimentary treats for my husband's birthday, which was a nice touch. The room was spotless, and the breakfast selection, complete with Champagne, lived up to 5-star standards. The reception staff were friendly and always helpful. However, there were a few downsides. We were drawn to the hotel for the rooftop views, but found out access was limited to VIPs or restaurant guests. We later learned the rooftop bar would have allowed us to enjoy the view, but by then, it was too late. This lack of communication left us absolutely disappointed. Additionally, the restaurant staff could have been more welcoming; they felt less friendly compared to the reception. There was also an incident where we weren’t allowed to sit at a table for four as a couple, yet a single guest was seated there shortly after, leaving us feeling unfairly treated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d rate it 4.5 stars for value and experience. With a bit more warmth in service and clearer communication, it would be a 5-star.

There is some area in hotel where you need to paid ,like to use the pool which they showed like advertising But you can’t use it !!! And nobody infirm about it when you reserve the room

hotel was clean and room spacious. Had an early morning check out and was told at reception we could go in for breakfast early, 7 instead of 7.30, but was met with a waitress who wasn’t happy. No offer of coffee, no cutlery given so we left having a bread and ham roll. Short walk to the beach. Lots of bar areas and eateries along the seafront but felt a bit like Benidorm. Lots of street sellers. Didn't like the toilet and shower area as it was open plan. Apart from your room there was insufficient air con in all other areas, making it uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant or drink in the bar area. The gym was far too warm. Booked all inclusive, but it isn’t, been informed this is due to government regulations now. Food was good, but lunch time was repetitive, compared to Iberostar we stayed at in Tenerife. Spa treatment was good but again air quality was uncomfortable. Overall a nice hotel but we will not return as it was expensive for what you got, and the restrictions now imposed.

Very beautiful and well kept hotel. The room was stunning and the pool on the property was very clean.

Marc was amazing he works at the front desk we loved him very much he made our stay very enjoyable, and the breakfast is amazing with so much variety!

Nice relaxing area next to the pool, Restaurant should have more options.
