Food option was poor somehow

This property was well built with elevators and is very appealing overall, and in a great location that is accessible and has AC which was a blessing. Hotel is quiet which we loved since Bursa can get hot and busy. Parking is free and space is fantastic and location is close to mall and such. Over all, hotel is clean but it’s definitely not brand new for a Ramada chain hotel but it’s better than most in the area in my opinion. The front end staff are incredibly kind and hospital and we’re literally the highlight of our almost two week stay. They are so welcoming and just overly respectful and kind. However, food was not very good. Even Turkish food (mantı) was mediocre. Breakfast is okay (no Turkish dishes really) and the floors in the rooms were rarely cleaned and sheets weren’t changed in over a week despite reaching out to front desk. The spa was nice but they took our towels off the chairs in the middle of it since kids came and were super disrespectful. Again, the staff was super kind and accommodating though. Would recommend, just need to be vocal.

The staff are kind and bed was comfortable and clean, but breakfast was mediocre, and the internet speed was in the stoneage. It is disgrateful for a four-star hotel to have that kind of internet service.

Hotel is well located. Spa facilities are good. Breakfast is above average. Whish the coffee was better. What I dislike is reception bureaucracy which refers you to seperate departments instead of managing your query. They eventually do cater to your request

Overall thr hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My.internet did not work but the receptionist sorted the problem out. Only issue i has was the shower. Main shower was leaking and 2nd shower head was broken. Something for their staff to take a look at and repair as this isnt the standard for Ramada. Breakfast was great. Brilliant selection of food

Good on-site parking. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful

Room was spacious, although bathroom is a bit small, and clean and COVID protocols for masks were enforced and well signed. There's a large, quiet patio which was nice to be able to sit outside. A small market across the street was convenient to buy drinks and snacks as needed. Breakfast buffet was good.

It is good for the price and for one or two nights max. The location is isolated, the rooms are small, breakfast is average.

Oda temizliği ve kahvaltı iyiydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin otoparkı olması bir avantaj hatta otopark içinde şarj istasyonu bulunması bizi memnun etti. Termal havuz kısmı da fena sayılmaz, biraz daha büyük olabilirdi ama bizim kullanımımızda kalabalık olmadığı için sorunsuz kullanabildik. Tek olumsuz yan olarak yüksek yiyecek/içecek fiyatları söylenebilir.

Uludağ kayak tatili için iki günlüğüne bu otelde konakladık. Çekirge bölgesinde ve dağa yakın oluşu önemliydi bizim için. Termal havuzu ve global bir zincire ait olduğundan deprem ve yangın gibi konularda gerekli önlemleri almış oldukları düşüncesi de tercih etmemizdeki diğer nedenlerdi. Genel olarak her şeyden memnun kaldık. Spa bölgesi biraz daha zevkli tasarlanabilir veya elden geçirilebilir. Ama ödediğimize kesinlikle değdi.

Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ballı kaymaklı açık büfe kahvaltı çok başarılı. Özellikle self servis alınan kahve ekşi ve bayat değildi. Tazeydi. Ayrıca her ihtiyacımız çok hızlı bir şekilde karşılandı. Otel çalışanları çok özverili, çalışkan, güleryüzlü ve nazik. Oda temizliği, havlu, bornoz, yatak, çarşaf vs gayet iyi. Anne olarak puanım yüz. Çok teşekkürler harika bir tatil geçirdik.

Tertemizdi, çarşaflar havlular bembeyaz sorunsuzdu . Spa alanı güzeldi . Çalışanlar saygılı, hızlıydı. Lobi bölümünde de sorun yoktu

Bir gece konakladık ve memnun kaldık. Ramada kalitesini çok iyi yansıtan bir otel. Kahvaltı memnun ediciydi.

Otel daha önce kaldığımız bir oteldi ama bu gittiğimizde hizmet olmadığını gördük. Akşam restoranda yemek için uzun süre bekledik Sabah odaya su gelmesi çok uzun sürdü
