the hotel staff is very informative and helpful. the room service is fast, especially when the bangkok earthquake happened yesterday, they immediately evacuated us through the emergency door. and they went back into the building to evacuate other hotel guests, without thinking about their own safety. 1 word respect.

Location far from the main district, if you rent a private transport it'll be one of the best choices. They had a spacious and clean room, but they don't give amenities like a toothbrush/toothpaste. They had good hospitality, all the staff speaks English, and also you get free luggage storage. All the breakfast menu is no pork.
