Let me start with the Pros: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, medano beach, marina area and downtown Los Cabos. The restaurant at the hotel has really good food, The work out/ gym is nice, not big but has all the stuff we need to work out daily. The cons: The main reason I picked this hotel because of the pickleball courts but very disappointed the way the added plastic cover to the floor, so the ball bounced super weird. Staff was not very friendly when we checked in, We got there early around 10am and the hotel was really empty but they didn’t have our room ready until 2pm. I think they did this to prevent us from eating the free breakfast???, we were tired and hungry and had to roam around for 4 hours. The bathroom doesn’t look very clean. The toilet has stain or not being cleaned well. The shower was the worst part, super slow water, I was dreading when it’s shower time. If I come back to Cabos, probably will find another hotel

Close to fire and ambulance and police. Loud sirens all the time. Hard mattresses very uncomfortable.

Love, love, love this hotel!!! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly, the other hotel guests were friendly, it was fun hanging out at the pool. The restaurant has great food and drinks. Our late night bartender Samantha was wonderful! It was the perfect start for our first time in Cabo. We will definitely be back!

I wouldn't call the staff the friendliest I've ever met, but they were very professional and the hotel is clean, elegant, and well-located in the middle of Cabo San Lucas.

Perfect place for a short stopover. Great price. I don’t mind staying in budget hotels, this was certainly great value for money. Huge rooms, convenient location. I wanted to sleep during the day and my room was directly overlooking the pool which was noisy, in the evening however the hotel was very quiet. Will definitely choose this hotel again for a stopover.

Great experience! Friendly and helpful service, nice amenities, comfortable room, peaceful despite the busy area, and incredibly convenient and close to all of Cabo's best beaches, dining, activities, and nightlife. The spa was awesome too. The only thing I'd say is the included breakfast wasn't really worth it; the service was a bit disorganized and offerings were just ok... Such a great time overall and would go back again soon!

It's noisy from the fire station and nearby clubs. With the doors closed and AC it all drowned out for me.
