Good

Did not realize that the shared bathroom was for all rooms in the hotel not just two adjoining rooms. Quite a hike up the the floor the hotel is located on. Otherwise we found the facilites very clean and the staff ere very helpful and courteous. Location was excellent and our overall experience very positive.

Nice big room, good location nice breakfast. Were able to leave our bags there after checkout which was nice.

This was an ok stay. Wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast was mediocre and it was some what clean.

The location was incredible and the place lovely. Unfortunately the whole thing was ruined when I found my car towed. I parked exactly where they told me to in a paid lot. What they failed to mention was the market that is held there on Wednesdays. It cost me a citation, a long cab ride and a tow bill for a total of over 240 euros. When I messaged the hotel I got no response. To say I was devastated is an understatement.

Airy, spacious peaceful place at great price. Enter than listing photos. Perfect location. 2 minute walk from main bus station for all the hill towns. Welcoming and kind owner and decent breakfast (no fruit though- bring your own) . I’d stay again

Room was mostly clean. The floor could use a good scrubbing and the walls needed painting. Bathroom good except for slow draining sink. Bed was comfortable. Great view from breakfast room. Fabulous central location. Okay breakfast.

This was a room in an older building. Very large and spacious. Holder tub with handheld shower and curtain. AC was acceptable. But Wi-Fi underperformed, almost felt like dial-up speed. Location a bit removed from the old city. Not really walkable in my opinion. Fortunately Hotel rents bicycles so you can ride to the Old City and not have to rent a bike at a higher price there.

They messed up my reservation and emailed me a couple days before my stay to let me know that I would need to stay in their other location which did not have breakfast but I would at least get the tax off. I emailed them back and told them that was fine and I would go to the other location and gave them my cell phone number in case they had any questions. I had full access to my phone, texting, and emails and never heard anything back from them. So the day of my reservation I head to the location I was told to stay at. I buzz the door, no answer. I then call the woman who took me reservation and she told me they made another mistake and that she had tried to reach me to let me know which she absolutely did not, my phone was working the whole time. She told me I needed to go back to the original location I had booked for. They offered nothing to help me, just to walk there from where I was even though I had paid for a taxi to take me all the way to where I was told to go and by this point the driver had left. It was a 14 minute walk with all my luggage! All I get was a sorry and they offered me the breakfast for free but it’s already included in the price I paid so??? On top of all this, the bathroom was not very clean, the soap dispenser was empty the whole time I was there, they didn’t clean my room once during my stay, and they let people smoke cigarettes by the open window which wafted onto my room. Overall a really disappointing experience.

Hotel switched location at the last moment and informed us that in the new location breakfast was not included. The shared bathroom lock was broken. No air conditioning in this top-floor room.

Nice view from b&b tea room that sits 2 persons only. Bedoom and duvet dont smell cleaned n its facing corridor, of course theres a curtain. b&b is on 3rd floor no lift, owner wasnt around when check in, no map given, self service. Will onl stay here again for location

Wished we had stay longer! Nice B&B, perfect location and spacious room. Big breakfast. Three keys to get in, so a little bit complicated, but we managed.

The location was fabulous! It was within walking distance to the piazza and duomo. The apt. is on the top floor and no elevator:/ No a/c in the room and the only window was unreachable; though you could open and close by remote. If there was a breeze it could not be felt. There was a fan in the room, but that didn't do much to cool us off:/ The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. This property is more like a hostel than a hotel. You get a room and share the bathroom. Breakfast was included, but we missed it. It is offered from 8:00-9:00. It was clean, but we were a bit dissapointed with this accommodation:/

Beautiful room on the top floor with views over the city towards the hills and swifts flying around outside. Modern decor, comfy bed, tasty breakfast - couldn't have asked for more! Very close to the bus station - handy if arriving from Florence that way. Only a few minutes walk to the main piazza.

i will defenitely comeback there a lot to see around this location . from rome to florence san gimignano is 1 bus a way ..good hotel base . generous breakfast . kitchen is free to use

I really enjoyed my time here. The owners were really friendly and were very good about communicating and my late check in after I arrived four hours past my expected arrival time. They gave me a map of the local area and a great breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Siena.

We were moved from the B&B we'd booked to a well located apartment due to a plumbing issue at the B&B. The apartment was excellent, spacious & clean, well located and good breakfast.

Location was superbe and our stay met the expectations.
