The property is beautiful and the entire staff is excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was more than accommodating! They let us store our luggage before check in and after check out the way our flight and transportation worked out. The breakfast was darling. And the room had so much character. Very nice!!

Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Clean, comfortable and lovely breakfast. Would absolutely go again.

We loved our stay here in Venice. The room was large enough for a family of 4, with 2 single beds and a double. The bathroom was along the hallway, but was private, for our use only. Location was good, with many restaurants, gelaterias and the main sights all within walking distance. The best thing about this stay was the hotel staff, who were very friendly and gave some fantastic recommendations, so we were able to discover some Venice sights that we would otherwise have missed! Would highly recommend.

Loved the location - on a beautiful and very active square, easy access to all major areas of Venice. Beautiful old building with lots of charm and spacious rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Love being in a piazza with lots of restaurants. Walkable to major sites. AC worked great! Beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly!

The property has a great location, we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The place was cute, but I wouldn’t call it a hotel. It’s like a very old house and we rented a very small room. Other people somewhere in this “house” arrived late and were making noise until about 2 AM. You hear walking above you and people talking. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Convenient location, close to dinning and grocery options. Felt comfortable and welcoming. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a little cramped for a family of 5 but we would recommend and stay again.

This was a highlight of our trip. Checking in was easy, our room was clean and on time, the location was perfect as it is in a not too touristy area and quiet in the morning and evenings, very safe, and breakfast was good. 10/10!

Small and cozy with good breakfast. Great location with access to shopping eating and bars. Easy walk to bus, water bus.

Loved that the hotel was by a square where there were people and restaurants. The room itself was small, but the location and staff were very nice.

We loved our hotel manager that checked us in. He was so helpful and nice. We would love to come back in the future.
