The bed was against the wall which when you are 70 and 67 is not for older guests and is not very comfortable. On the plus side the cleaning lady was brilliant. We had an apartment but it had no cooking facilities

Small room , with little balcony . Not really a villa , more of an apartment. Shame the neighbour ( not a tourist ) couldn’t be more respectful at 4am banging around and having loud conversations in the doorway which was not impressive.. Shower tiny - it was as expected and within budget - pool was lovely - fab sunbeds.. shame there was no breakfast on offer as an extra , but I do understand logistically it’s just more of a pest to the owner.. Very close to town, but quiet area - really enjoyed our stay - thank you Would definitely recommend

Great located property close walk to beach / restaurants and bars. Near old town. Apartments were clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and shower. Pool area was nice and welcomed to cool off or relax. No complaints and would stay again

lovely property with a great pool area. walkable distance to the main town area and lots of dining options. our room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed.

The room was quite outdated and didn’t have a mosquito net, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially when cooking. The AC wasn’t strong enough to ventilate properly, so the food smell tended to linger, which wasn’t ideal. The cutlery provided was old and some pieces were rusty, which made cooking even less appealing. The rooms are cleaned daily, but after one of the cleans, we had an ant issue, so we decided to skip it after that. What really made the stay worthwhile was the communication. Mario was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really appreciated his support.

Amazing stay at Villa Katerina. Rooms were spacious clean and tidy. Best housekeeping service I’ve had out of the 15 hotels this trip, obvious they did more than make the beds and empty the bins. Reception staff were lovely providing recommendations for the island, including transport options and explaining everything. Pool area is great with variety of chair and shade options.

The area is in a really quiet location. Staff are ultra helpful and friendly and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The building’s acoustics are not great unfortunately, the noise from other rooms is unbearably loud at times so if you like peace and quiet then maybe this place isn’t for you.

Villa Katerina was a really fantastic place to stay. The rooms and pool area are lovely. Katerina and her team are great, really helpful. Its a 5 min walk to the seafront with lots of restaurants and bars. Paros is so beautiful. Everything was brilliant. I will.be back!

Lovely pool area and very clean hotel in great location. Our room was small and the pillows weren’t great, and there was some undersheets on the bed that made the bed really hot. Staff were lovely.

We stayed at Villa Katerina for 6 days and couldn’t have picked a better place. Mario and Katerina took care of everything. The pool was amazing. Local food delivery. So close to the port walking distance. Absolutely stay here if you’re on Paros.

It is in a great location as it walking distance to the port, beaches, grocery stories, bars, and shops. Laundry: it is noted that laundry is included, but it will cost an extra €15 per load, as they get it serviced in the area. Reception: the staff was very friendly and helpful, but no one answered when we tried to call reception or house services. We tried to call on multiple occasions, but no one answered. Thanks for a great stay!

- good location - friendly staff - nice pool area - kitchenette for cooking - clean - toilet didn’t flush - room had an unpleasant smell - shower was unusable due to size - balcony had no view only an apartment wall opposite and very small Was ok in general if the price had been better, but it was not cheap and the standard was poor.

The property owner Katarina was amazingly very helpful, booked our taxi, gave us directions & info plus help send back a forgotten borrwed plug back to the last hotel we left. No breakfast but a tea/coffee/milk and sugar what have been lovely in the room. Other then this all was great! Thankyou Katrina. 🤗

We spent four days at Villa Katerina and would definitely recommend this accommodation. It is in a great location only a short walk from the port, bus station and restaurants etc. The pool area is lovely and the room was quite small but very clean (cleaned every day too) and had everything we needed. Unfortunately our air con wasn’t working during our stay (it was very hot!!) but once we reported this it was quickly resolved and the male manager was great. The lady on check in was very helpful - giving us tips on how to get the bus to the nicest beaches etc which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we return to Paros.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Katerina. The room was clean and spacious with a nice renovated bathroom. The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful at check-in with suggesting restaurants and activities on the island. Good location, only a 5 minute walk to the main strip and a 10 minute walk to the bus station and port. Pool was awesome to cool down from the heat. Would definitely recommend this place!
