It is on the end of the town . Small parking lot and everything is old inside

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

It was ok

The bed was very comfortable the shower was great. You can act use the elevator for the gym or the morning breakfast because the button to go back upstairs does not work so as a handicap person it was a great difficulty to get into the basement and then stuck. The restaurant no longer serves breakfast you can only do the hotel breakfast which is not good at all and is extremely expensive. It is all ok for the winter price but I certainly would never pay for the summer stay at their summer rates. And there are floors of the hotel that have not been refurbished were the beds and showers are terrible so you have to make sure to get on the refurbished floor.

All was good besides the lack of elevator if you have suitcases like we did

Stayed 8 days, clean towels once, change bed linen once, vacuumed 0, beds medicore at best, no wifi remodeling lobby so hard to navigate breakfast terrible. Never stay again.

Great stay over all

It happens that there are 2 separate hotels with the same name located at the same address next to each other. That was not clear from on the booking site. The one we booked was much older and not well maintained. It smelled quite bad. Not sure what are the conditions in the other one but this one is not worth considering.

The staff were not friendly, the beds were so uncomfortable I had back pain for the 2days I slept on the bed. The restaurant was full of dust and the food was not a full English as advertised it was basic cold cuts, cheese and a few fruits. The reception staff did not care a damn of who came in or went out nor greeted you even if you greeted them. There was mould on the shower tray. It was so noisy in the night too. The flush did not work properly. Had a bad experience. Would not recommend.

Decent hotel, stayed for 1 night but was clean, quiet, good breakfast and easy commute to the city and airport

Nice staff, big rooms, free parking, very communicate place. Good restaurant and perfect food.

Great stay, clean room, good water pressure in the shower…only downside is that slam 2 double beds together to make a king size bed so I fell in the gap while sleeping.

The hotel staff was very friendly, i was upgraded to 4star. The food in the restaurant was not convincing, although staffs were friendly.

At the entrance of Burgas coming from Sofia. Room was average, the bathroom quite old. One of the wall power socket was behind the pillow of one of the bends. Was quite noisy during the morning hours (from inside) and noisy from outside when the window was open. Overall average.

The hotel is in a convenient location, 6-7 min to the center and the sea. Close to Metro and Burgas Plaza. Parking is limited. A little old and neglected. The bathroom is unobtrusive and a little dirty. The carpet is stained. For a 5-day break, neither team changed their sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable.
